Yellowstone National Park is one of America’s great treasures. This full day safari will show off the highlights of this incredible place; volcanic thermal features, giant waterfalls, diverse wildlife, the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone, and Yellowstone Lake.
Throughout the day we will drive scenic roads, walk historic boardwalks, enjoy the peace of natural landscapes and use our optics to view wildlife. Your guide is your driver, and their goal is to cover as many of Yellowstone’s famous features as they can in a day.
The guides will make every effort to showcase as many highlights as possible, and will structure the day around making your experience a memorable one. They will take current road conditions, weather, seasonality, and your personal interests into consideration as they move through the park.

Yellowstone National Park Entrance Gate - North or West Your exact route and itinerary will be determined by your interests, current wildlife sightings, and current weather and road conditions. Our guides are all highly experienced, with thousands of hours in the field, and will expertly tailor your safari to you and your group. Summer is construction season in Yellowstone National Park and sometimes this can impact our tours. Please communicate to your guide what you most wish to see in the park and your guide will do their best to navigate road closures, traffic slowdowns, and construction wait times.
Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone
At a depth of more than 1000ft (305m), the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone River is an impressive sight. Water, wind, earthquakes and hydrothermal features have all worked together to form this area. Two waterfalls are visible from multiple vantage points, Upper Falls and Lower Falls. Our safari makes a stop here. Your guide will educate you on the historical or geological significance of the area. Our tours are customized for each departure. We may not stop here on every tour. Please communicate to your guide what you most wish to see in the park.

5.00Yellowstone was breathtaking. We missed the crowds by going in October which was great. Out guide, Kat, was amazing! Super knowledgeable about all the water and volcanic features of Yellowstone. We saw bison up close, elk, ravens everywhere, and even a grizzly bear. Unforgettable experience.

5.00We had the best time on our tour! Our guide Shawn was the best guide we have ever had and we have traveled extensively both in the US and internationally. He was so very knowledgeable of the historical significance of Yellowstone as well as the descriptions of each location we visited. He was very attentive of all our questions and our needs He even answered questions about Montana and the surrounding area near Yellowstone. Plenty of bathroom breaks and chances to get out of our van to stretch our legs. The van can supplied with plentiful snacks, binoculars and umbrellas. We highly recommend this tour. It was 11 hours well spent, traveling from Big Sky our pick up location and returning to Big Skk that evening. This tour met and exceeded our expectations.

5.00We enjoyed our safari tour of Yellowstone. Our guide Maia was wonderful. There were many viewing of animals, birds, geysers, hot spring pools and waterfalls. Artist point is a must see besides Old Faithful which we had a very nice boxed lunch overlooking Old Faithful, just breathtaking!

5.00Excellent experience on all counts. Our guide, Nate, was extremely knowledgeable and shared a wealth of information. The tour was paced according to the group with plenty of snacks and drinks available plus a wonderful picnic lunch. The duration is probably a bit long for very young children, but older ones should be fine. Overall, very enjoyable and extremely well run!

5.00I was very impressed at the knowledge base of our tour guide. There was basically nonstop information at every turn. It was very clear that she spent a lot of time learning all there is to know about the park and its history. We had plenty of time to see everything there was to see in the park. Our guide was clearly passionate about her profession and made the tour quite interesting. Keep in mind, anyone can drive through the park. What you're paying for here is the narration and history. If the price isn't prohibitive for you and you appreciate the knowledge you'll receive on this tour, then this is a win for you.
