Enjoy the highlights of Cape Town on a vintage-style motorcycle. After an early start at 8:30am in the morning, you will explore Cape Towns most scenic routes on the Cape Peninsula, visit the penguins at Simons Town and enjoy a lunch in of the many restaurants. We will then continue to the famous Cape of Good Hope, ride along the coast next to baboons and ostriches, and of course, ride on the most beautiful coastal road in the world, Chapman's peak before catching the stunning sunset at Camps Bay.
You will have the flexibility to make stops along the route, or to add additional sights. Your day tour includes motorcycle rental for one person, petrol, helmet, your personal tour guide, and snacks. Pillions are welcome at a surcharge. Not included are personal expenses, entrance fees to attractions and local sights, tips, meals.

Valid legal motorcycle driving license is required
Passport name, number, expiry and country is required at time of booking for all participants, or a legal ID card
A waiver must be signed prior to departure
Pillion rider / passenger to be extra payable (ZAR 1500) at destination
The personal liability for the motorcycle is R10,000. A refundable R3,000 deposit is required upon tour begin

5.00An amazing experience. Maria made me very welcome before the most brilliant day with my guide Haadin. Beautiful scenary, great roads, the ride along Maclear Beach with the breaking surf a very special moment. Haadin is a great guide, knowledgeable, personable and very good a judging the pace and ability and ensuring the safety of the guest. A superb day out and highly recommended.

5.00WOW!!! What a guide! I went out with RETZA yesterday and have to say it was 100% perfect. This trek was on my Bucketlist, and it was everything I hoped and then some. Service at the shop getting set up was fun and very helpful. Bikes were new and in great shape. My tour guide “Nate the Great” was incredibly friendly, a very conscientious rider who ensured my safety the entire trip, had a wealth of knowledge and love of Cape Town and its history and was really quite fun and great to get to know. Ask for him by name if you have the option. Weather was perfect for riding and the scenery was just as you would imagine. Head out early to get ahead of all of the tour buses. Thanks for such a memorable experience Nate and the staff at RETZA

5.00The ride itself was spot on, Haaded was a brilliant guide and made sure we could adjust the days plan to suit what I wanted to see and do. The bike was well maintained and easy to ride, I had no problems or concerns after not riding for years. Jamie was very helpful over WhatsApp when I had questions and upon my arrival. Cannot fault at all, the best part of my time in Cape Town.

5.00Epic ride around Cape Town all the way to Cape Peninsula/Cape of Good Hope and back. We did mountain passes, off main road detours, highways, and all round scenic roads. Scheule and destination was very flexible, bikes were in great condition. They even provided safety riding gear that I did not have with me. Guide was and expert in the history, the roads and overall culture of ZA.

5.00What a great experience, the team was well organised the bikes well prepared and the guide was knowledgeable and entertaining and knew all the best spots. Well worth putting a day aside for this trip around the Cape. Louwrance our guide took us on an entertaining ride from the city, through the cape, via the eastern beaches and back home. An experienced motorcyclist we had time for the winding roads and got to the front of all the jams. His knowledge of the cape and it's history was encyclopaedic and he had some wonderful stories. The team back in the office were very helpful and were prepared to go the extra mile. Not to be missed.

5.00I contacted Retza before travelling to Cape Town and requested a one day tour but could only make Tuesday. They happily obliged and arranged for Kevin, our tour guide, to take my brother-in-law and I on a brilliant tour of the cape. From Signal Hill to Cape Point and everything in between. We stopped for lunch and had numerous stops to admire the views. Kevin was very knowledgeable and gave us some interesting commentary about the area. The bikes were in great condition and gave us no problems. In all highly recommended and thanks to everyone at Retza for a memorable day.

5.00I booked a 3 day tour with Retza starting in Capetown via Franshoek and Hermanos Bay back to Capetown. This was my very own birthday present ;o) Unfortunately, the weather can't be booked in advance - one day driving in the rain is not fun but we made the best out of it! The tour was great, passing through winelands. Franshoek is so pretty! And the last day back to Captown was all the way along the beautiful coast incl. chapman's peakdrive. After some hours, I got used to the Enfield - heavier than my own bike but on the tarmac roads easy to drive. All was very well organized, the guide was great, the lodges were nice (esp. in Franshoek!) and the drive was stunning! Would highly recommend Retza!

5.00I rented one of Retza's bikes for a day (not guided) as I've always been curious about the Royal Enfields. They were organised and had the bike ready and waiting for me first thing in the morning. The bike was clean and well maintained. I spent a super day cruising up and over Dutooitskloof and Baines kloof passes. The staff and owner are very friendly and helpful. Would do this again anytime!

5.00I was looking for a unique adventure during my recent stay in Cape Town, South Africa. After a little research I came upon RETZA Classic Royal Enfield Tours. The owner is great to deal with and they were able to accommodate my last minute inquiry...I was on an Enfield the next morning. The prices are reasonable and they have equipment for rental to suit your every need. My guide, Horea, was excellent. He is very easy going and was very flexible as to how the day would play out. I rode with another couple that day and he solicited our thoughts on what we wanted to do and see. He was then able to tailor a trip that was perfect for everyone involved. If you are a motorcycle enthusiast, or just an occasional rider like myself, there is no better way to experience the coastal roads of Cape Point. Chapman's Peak will take your breath away. So, if you're in Cape Town and are looking for an adventure, I'd suggest reaching out to the wonderful folks at RETZA and getting yourself on a Royal Enfield. They have other tours available as well (wine country for instance) and they also rent the bike independently if you don't need a guide and want to venture off on your own.

5.00Me and my wife had a wonderful experience riding with a Royal Enfield through Cape Town and around Camps Bay, Simon’s Town and Chapman’s Peak. I highly recommend riding with Horea, he is a great tour guide and knows all the good places to stop. The route we took is just amazing and I loved every second of it. One of the best experiences in Cape Town.
