We want you to know every corner of Puerto Rico. For this reason, in this adventure, we will be visiting three different unique destinations on the north coast of the island. Visit part of the karst area; the rock formations in this area have formed an unforgettable landscape toward the Atlantic Sea. Enjoy the stunning views from this area and learn about the rich and abundant history of Puerto Rico. We continue our journey to the mountain and visit one of the most impressive caves on the island. The visit will be carried out by experienced and informed guides to give you the best possible experience and finally, we will be going a little further into nature where will visit two waterfalls where you can enjoy the rest of the day on the river. If weather conditions are dangerous, we will visit a natural spring instead.

Explore one of the most impressive cave system in the Occidental area with a small group and private guide. Will start on a clean trail down into Cueva Clara, the hike through a beautiful sub tropical forest surrounded by lush vegetation and lime stone formations. Ones we arrive to the cave, will venture in to explore, admire and learn about its formations, ecosystem and history. Continuing to our second cave; a hidden gem with a breath taking view of the Arecibo River.
Rio Tanama
Cool down and enjoy our hidden waterfalls while river trekking into one of the karstic zone canyons. Once we complete a 15-minute hike through the water and beautiful rock formations, we will reach one of the most impressive waterfalls in the northern region. Once there, you will be able to swim, go under the waterfalls, and do some cliff jumping (all optional at the second waterfall). We loved this tour. Jose went above and beyond to make sure everyone in the group was satisfied with their experience. First we hiked to several waterfalls. We spent time in the water, jumping off rocks, and going behind the waterfall. Jose never rushed us and made everyone feel at ease and welcome. Then we went cueva Ventena. It was a breathtaking view. We spent lots of time taking pics and taking in the sights. After that we traveled to our lunch destination. A little mom and pop shop. The line for this restaurant never ended. It is a very popular food spot where everyone seemed to know everyone. The food was delish. We then went to the Indian caves. Jose had such knowledge and story telling skills I could image all the stories in my head. This was my favorite part of the tour. We also had just as good time on the bus ride back to San Juan joking and getting to know Jose.

This is an amazing, three part tour. Our tour guide, Jose, taught us all about Puerto Rican culture, history, and ecology, while taking care of each member of the group and making sure we all had a good time. I recommend this trip to all visitors to Puerto Rico!

This tour was amazing. Jose was awesome. We first went to waterfalls then to a cave, then we went to eat at Paradise BBQ. Then we went to see the 7 arches. It was amazing, if you only can do 1 tour this is the one to book.

Second time in PR, and this was a great experience! We did so much in one day, and we never felt rushed. Of all the activities, I enjoyed going to the ocean and hiking up to see Cueva del Indio the most. Other people in our group loved the waterfalls and swimming in the river. Definitely wear water shoes, don’t be like me and wear trail running shoes—great for the hiking portion, completely horrible when wet and with sand inside. Our guide, Cruz, was great—funny, chatty, and knowledgeable.
