5.00Great location to pickup the bikes. Very nice bikes, locks and helmets were included. They gave us a map and showed us how to get to the water falls. We did make it to and from the falls, we did get lost a few times but we made it back without an issue. We highly recommend renting an ebike from them!!

5.00Excellent location; welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and well maintained equipment. We rented City bikes our first day and electric bikes our second day, for riding along the St Laurence Day 1 and for a trip to Montmorency Falls Day 2. Barbara was SUPER friendly and helpful with setting us up on bikes, providing and reviewing maps and routes and even loaning me a daypack for the trip. The bikes were easy to ride and well maintained. Highly recommend getting a little riding in while in Quebec City and sourcing from Echo. The Double Decker Bus had such a long line, bikes were a great alternative for those with the ability to ride.

5.00When we arrived at the rental place, everything was ready, the staff were super nice to us. The electric bike was amazing, it helps a lot. We managed to go to the fall and south by the river too. The views are beautiful and the path is well prepared for casual bikers. I do recomend.

5.00We went up to the falls and back south to the plains of Abraham. Had plenty of battery for more time than we wanted to / were able to ride!

5.00This was a great way to see the town. We rented the all day electric bikes without guide. Road through town and to Montmorency Falls. The bikes were in great shape and the batteries will definitely get you through a full day of riding. We went 40 km and still had full battery. The staff were great! They provided a map, highlighted the best sights and best bike routes. I would definitely recommend this if you want to see the town without driving.

5.00We had a fun time spending all day biking with their equipment and all of the staff here are super kind. They provide bungee cords to attach your backpack to the bike and bike locks so you can park and enjoy a meal on a terrace. If you are unsure of where to go, they also provide a map with bike routes to well-known places. When someone lost their key to the bike lock, the staff biked to the area right away to help (and this was 14 km away from their shop!). Amazing customer service and friendly staff!

5.00The assisted pedaling function make it so easy to ride up a slope, such an enjoyable experience! The seats could’ve been more comfortable though, we were in pain after a whole day of riding!

5.00A highlight of our time in Quebec City. Garrett and his colleague were so very helpful in preparing the perfect electric bikes for us, finding the best fitting helmets, and setting us forth with maps galore ensuring we had the best routes for our all-day bicycle adventure. Highly recommend using Echo Sports Rental to get geared up for your bike trip to Montmorency waterfall and beyond!
An experiment to do, we recommend.

5.00We rented 2 electric bikes for 4 hours. The owner was friendly, welcoming and gave us a nice course to follow. We had a great day in Quebec City and Lévis on the bike paths. To be redone
