  Our trip was cancelled by your operator at the last moment inly a night before that too around 8 pm . We had no clue . We also had to reach out to various viator contact to ask for the refund . Still waiting for the refund !not a good experience . Please let me know abput my refund amount

  I had an amazing time. The itinerary was well-planned, allowing us to see all the highlights without feeling rushed. Our tour guide, Riyadh was fantastic—extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and approachable.

  It is my first time that i book a trip that made feel terribly uncomfortable and didn’t enjoy my time to explore the places that we have been visiting, it was like get the bus take pictures get back again,, was a rush all the day the trip supposed to be 12 hours we arrived to our hotel after 16 hours!! My foot got swallowed from the exhaustion , my mother got sick after this trip , plus to that places that have been added in the trip must be separated into two different trips you can not visit them all in once that was a mistake, you won’t enjoy them when you arrive just taking pictures is something I didn’t pay for , but I preferred to stayed little longer and shortage the trip timing i guess it will be more relaxing and fun , after all i do not recommend this trip if this is the way the guide will continue to participate , it doesn’t worth your money at all it will come to your health

  The major attraction of the trip was out guide Riad.I would say his conversations on azerbaijans history and culture is the highlight of the tour. The long drive was good, and the food was great.

• Impressions about the trip to Azerbaijan are the best.

  Thank you for the trip to Shamakhi and Gabala. Wonderful atmosphere, very cordial people. We would especially like to note the detailed stories and explanations of our guide Anar, with many details about the history and customs of the country, as well as about modern life. The places we visited were worth seeing. Lunch near lake was very impressive.

  Trip was good . But towards the end , guide made an unscheduled stop at the souvenir shop , that wasted time ( almost 30-45min) and we got to the waterfall way after dark so we couldn’t see anything . Also , our booking said pick up and drop off at hotel , but since it got late coming back to Baku we were asked to all get off at the main pick up point rather than dropping us back to the hotel as it was promised in the booking . Overall ok but depends if you want a 500 Km ( 8.5 hours ) drive to see a mosque , mountains and dark waterfall .

  Our tour guide named Amin was one of the kindest gentleman I have ever met . He took care of us esp my 5ys old child very lovingly. Whole day was wonderful

  Mountains, waterfalls and lake. I liked the excursion very much, it was well organized, the bus arrived on time, small groups very convenient, big thanks to the guide Shah, professional, interesting guide, and Shah has a good approach to children took the child eight years old with him, he was happy with Shah.

  I want to thank the organizers of the tour to Gabala where there is fabulous beauty all around. Especially thanks to our guide Nigu and cheerful driver Elmar. It was so interesting, informative and sometimes very funny. The day flew by without a trace. A lot of walking, lunch in a luxurious restaurant near the lake. I am waiting for new interesting routes. And good luck in your work. See you again.
