this company really care about their businss and customers! This is the story: At first I booked another tour but got cancelled without notice. Then i booked this one, I chat on Whatsapp with the owner confirming the pickup location next day, but he told me unfortunately the min. booking requirement is not met..To me this means the tour will be canceled, i felt dissapointed. But surprisingly the owner didn't cancel my booking, he offer me options: a solo tour at a different time frame, or a solo tour on the day after tmr. I was afraid they will ask for much more $$ for a solo tour since this is a shared tour. But he said there's no extra charge! I doubt they can make probit on it because the price was for group tour up to 20 ppl. Really appreciate that because they had the right to cancel the tour if there's no more other people book it, but they didn't. And the most sweet thing is, the owner offer to arrange a female guide/driver for me since i am a solo female traveller. This company take good care of their customers so you can trust them in any ways! My guide Kianna is a very friendly and sweet lady, although this is her first tour, she did a fantastic job! She has professional knowledgement on this island, very good driving skill, always safely stop on the good point to let me take photos, and being patient to take many photos for me. On this tour, most famous attractions were covered, totally worth the money. If you don't have much time to explore the island, and don't want to spend that much $$ on private tours, then this tour is just perfect! I am a person who are lazy to write reviews, but this time i have to give this company and guide a thumb up!
