Our full day safari was fantastic in Udawalawe National Park. The national park is scenic and rich with wild animals. We saw many elephants, some with little babies, plus buffalo, crocodiles, deer, and lots of colorful birds. Our driver was very patient and told us so much about the animals. Due to being a full day it was not a hurry and was able to experience the quiet sections of the park as well. The jeep ride is a bit bumpy, but that’s part of the adventure. The weather was hot in the afternoon and you should be prepared to carry sunscreen and a hat.

Pretty nice national park. We had no waiting time when we entered the park. The animal seems to be very relaxed and not stressed at all. Many elephants around in this park.
