THIS WAS HORRIBLE. SO unorganized and the bus driver was 45 minutes late. I know you cant do anything about the rain, but we stood out in the rain waiting to be picked up, while the guide frantically called the bus driver and her company, i am assuming, since we were never informed of why there was a delay until we actually boarded the bus. We were told it was due to a festival. HOWEVER! there were many other buses that arrived on time to pick up passengers. So that sounds like a BIG excuse. We were on a cruise so our time was already limited without the delay. Our first stop was Eiffel tower, our guide just said we were briefly stopping at the Eiffel tower for photos then jumped off the bus with no guidance, and started walking away while the all the people were still trying to get off the bus. SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNORGANIZED. We had to yell for her to stop. The bus driver walked off to smoke a cigarette and never helped anyone get off the bus. We were then told another person was coming to be our tour guide?? We flew thru the streets of Paris with 20 minutes to view the Notre Dame cathedral and shop. REALLY!! Forget having a chance to get a coffee or anything. WHAT a JOKE. This was no tour, it basically served as transportation and That s all and they couldn't even do that right. We shouldn't have to pay full price for this treatment. I use Viator all the time and NEVER have I experienced something like this EVER!! You should rethink your affiliation with this company. I will start looking around at other tour companies, where there is an actually TOUR and people are reliable.

Very poor and unorganized. Tour operator and bus were late, and not easily accessible. We had to search and ask around at the port and had to walk many miles to finally get to the location where bus was going to park. This is such a hectic tour since travel time from port to Paris and back is 6 hours. Not even enough time to have lunch in order to make it to the port before it leaves.

Nice guides and great tour. We were rushed because our bus came an hour late and we stood waiting in the rain for an hour. We were soaked when we got on the bus. It seemed very unorganized. Once we arrived in Paris we had to wait for our tour guide to come as well. She was knowledgeable and did a good job. Good bus driver too.

While the guide Vivi and the bus driver were both outstanding, the description when we purchased, the excursion did not match with what we actually did. We had much more time in the city with stops and they were only drive-bys. They need to make the connection to Viator as well.
