A masterpiece of Burgundy, the vat house of the Cistercian’s monks dating back from the 12 hundreds. The building itself is stunning, surrounded by the famous clos vougeot vineyard. Inside the building, 4 monumental presses made of wood, jewels from the Middle Ages.

5.00Olivier was terrific wine and regional guide. He is very, very knowledgeable about Burgundy wines. He has an easy way about him and engaged our group of four with humor and knowledge. He arranged 2 terrific tastings for us that are truly memorable. We would highly recommend him and we will likely use him again. He also arranged a delightful lunch.

5.00Oliviet was an amazing tour guide. He was very knowledgeable about the region, easy to talk to, and fun to spend the day with. The places we visited were very welcoming and the wine was wonderful. 10/10 recommend this tour! If we ever find ourselves back in this area we will definitely book another tour.
