We had an amazing one-day private tour in Taiwan with our guide, Mr. Vincent Hsu, booked through YOLO/Viator. Our family visited several iconic spots including Yehliu Geopark, Jiufen Old Street, Shifen Old Street, and even had the unforgettable experience of flying a lantern. Vincent was an exceptional guide—knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly attentive to our needs throughout the day. One of the highlights was that he also took stunning, professional-quality photos of our family using his camera, capturing beautiful memories we’ll cherish forever. We highly recommend Vincent to anyone visiting Taiwan. We’ll definitely be looking for him again on our next trip!

I had 22 hours stop /layover in Taipei and I booked this Full Day Tour. My guide Chouly Lee was great! She offered great advice on how to modify the tour. We did not have enough time to see the Rock Formations but did see the Waterfalls, Old city, lunch at Tea House, Taipei 101, Performance Theatre and Market Straights to name a few.

This was a fantastic tour and our guide, Chouly, was so friendly and attentive. We loved getting out of the city for the day, exploring the waterfall, old streets of Chifen and Jiufen, and Yehliu Geopark. It was a diverse range of activities and everything was beautiful. One thing I will mention as a warning to other travelers is that the tour involved a bit more walking than we anticipated, and it was hot and humid the day we went. We all survived and it was absolutely worth it, but occasionally difficult for our 4-year-old and the more out-of-shape adults.

We had such a wonderful experience today with our guide “Jackson”! He took us to such great sites, and knew the area quite well, including the best places to eat, and to take pictures. He was very accommodating and eager to please. A great experience!!!

Our driver Jack was excellent. On time, good english, knowledgeable, courteous, good driver and helpful. The tor itself was very good. Our only complaint might be that there is a lot of walking involved which was unexpected and might prove to be a challenge for some.
