We had a wonderful day with our guide, Vincent! The scenery was absolutely beautiful and the journey was so comfortable (the air con and chilled seats were extra appreciated on such a sweltering day!). Vincent recommended a gorgeous restaurant for lunch and was very prompt and helpful. We also had a lot of free time to explore shops and get souvenirs. Highly recommended.

Although our driver tried his best and was knowledgeable, he did not have a strong English. As a result we did not understand most of what he was saying. We were better off in a mega coach tour. I have a lot of respect for people who learn a different language to do tourism ( or in general). But, if you are going to charge $200+ USD for a tour in another language other than your native language it should be clear and understandable.

Vincent was an absolutely amazing guide! He customized the itinerary for exactly what we wanted to see and have us a lot of insight into the local culture and customs. He also helped to translate and show us the best places to go at each site and some hidden gems! Communication was great throughout and he took lots of amazing pictures for us! Highly recommend this tour for everyone!

Our guide, Jackson, greeted us at our hotel promptly at meeting time scheduled. Firstly, Jackson was so engaging and was very knowledgeable and even became our personal photographer! The weather was rainy at time but it did not stop us from enjoying Yehlui Park, hike to Shifen Waterfall, eat lunch in Juifen Village and launch a lantern in Shifen Village. We would highly recommend this 7 hour tour and if can have Jackson as your guide, you will be in for a real treat.
