  Excellent tour and great service. Junior was an outstanding driver-guide who communicated clearly, was very accommodating, and made the entire experience enjoyable. He was also great at taking photos and helped us capture some wonderful memories throughout the day. Everything was well organized, and we highly recommend this tour.

  When visiting Taipei, Taiwan, make sure you book Vincent Lee. He is a man, hands-down.! this guy took us to all the great spots and knew exactly where to get the best photos. No joke we took 420 photos in 8 hours with Vincent.

  Roger contacted it us by WhatsApp a few days to confirm the tour and the timing of the pick-up at our hotel. He is a very safe driver and we enjoyed our conversation with him. He answered all of our questions and we learned a lot about Taiwan and Taipei. The sites were as pretty and interesting as described in the brochure, even without the sunshine! Roger had a bottle of water for each of us and umbrellas too. We were very happy to have chosen a private tour. Thank you Roger!

  I have been on the tour of "Five-day trip across Taiwan" (end of May 2026). There were some places in the area where I felt disappointed, so I will write this down. I do enough sightseeing to raise the lamp, but I just write my wishes with ink and brush, like a big plastic bag upside down in a small room like a factory, and fly it in the backyard right next to it. It wasn't meant to be flown in the large precincts of a temple or on the roof of a castle or in a large garden. The temperature was hot (~35°C) and the atmosphere was nothing, and I wanted to leave as soon as possible. We had dinner at Jiu-Hung sightseeing and one of our guides told us that the night view was beautiful on our way home, but there was not much light and to be honest, it wasn't much to impress. It's about one-tenth of that compared to the night view of Hakodate... We were going to see the changing of the guard ceremony at the Zhongzhengji Nendo, and when we did, about four soldiers were going to do the changing ceremony. I know it's hard in the heat, but I've imagined a huge change of guard at Buckingham Palace in London in the past, so it was disappointing. So the Jade Chinese cabbage that we had been expecting at the National Palace Museum was not on display. There were "meat-shaped stones" like the ones in the pork kakuni, small stones of about 7cm. They will not be exhibited at the same time. This is another disappointment. I used business class, which was also disappointing because it had only a slightly larger seat and no special feeling or private room. I wonder if this is what it is like at short distances (Taipei - Narita). Lastly, but not least, the local guide was the worst. So, the school teacher is always high-handed and high-minded in an atmosphere of showing elementary school students around in suburban education. "I don't have an earphone guide, so my Japanese isn't perfect, so I ask questions where I don't understand, but I get a lot of responses like, ""I don't know,"" or, "I just explained it,"" and I feel like I'm not being entertained." I think they want to say it because there are no guides from Japan, they want to do it. By the way, the guide was Obasan, it is not related to Obasan, but I think you should be careful about tours with only local guides.

  Vincent is a great and entertaining guide. In spite of the rain, we found the tour fun, engaging and safe for seniors. He easily conversed with my parents and friends who joined the tour. Vincent also made arrangements to make the day more special because it was my mothers birthday. Overall one of the best tours we had. Looking forward for the next time we visit Taipei.

  Terry was an excellent tour guide who was very passionate about his region and extremely knowledgeable. He was super friendly had a great sense of humour and knew which places to go to. I would highly recommend this tour and having Terry as your guide and particularly visiting Jiufen and Shifen.

  Paul was our driver and tour guide!!! He is excellent.. A very responsible driver and knows very well the china and Taiwan History!!! We highly recommend him!!! It was a very good tour!!! ❤️❤️❤️🔥

  Highly recommend this company! We did two separate eight-hour private tours and both were wonderful. We had Sean for the Northern Coast and Jennifer for Beitou/Longshan/Yangminshan. Although they had different styles, they both were AWESOME! We were thrilled with the work—from the communication to the driving to the knowledge to the friendliness—of both of them. Sean and Jennifer helped make our time in Taiwan quite memorable. Jennifer even showed us around some of her personal favorite spots when we were near her where she lives. A strong A+ for the company, which was easy to work with on the front end, and for the tour guides.

  I had an amazing tour with Nicolas Ying. He communicated days in advance of the trip to confirm pick up location, picked us up promptly, and drove to amazing locations you don’t want to miss when visiting Taiwan. He also shared helpful history and culture tips. He had great enthusiastic energy that made spending the day with him feel super fun. I highly recommend YOLO Taiwan and would gladly do another trip with them! Thanks, Nicolas, for the fun memories (and that delicious local lunch!)
