YehLiu Geopark
Yehliu is a cape on Taiwan’s northern coast best known for Yehliu Geopark, where sea erosion has shaped honeycomb and mushroom rocks such as the iconic Queen’s Head and Dragon’s Head. The area is mostly flat but offers little shade, so sun protection is advised during summer.
Chiufen (Jiufen Old Street)
Feel transported to this former gold-mining mountain town—once built by the Japanese and now a maze of history-rich lanes and alleys. Most of the charming streets are stairways lined with snack stalls and teahouses, and they can get quite crowded. (Tip: If you’d like to experience Jiufen at sunset or dusk, book a departure after 11:00 AM. This will make Jiufen the final stop, giving you time to enjoy the sunset views and evening lights.)

5.00We were in good hands with Vincent and the off and on rain did not spoil our day. Very interesting sites with commentary and photography assistance. Vincent also provided some insight as to how we might spend our remaining time in Taiwan. We have fun pictures and memories of our most enjoyable day with Vincent.

5.00If you want to see the other side of Taiwan this is the tour. Nicolas ying was great and made sure we got some great pictures. He educated us about Buddhism and showed us a good time. We took the northern Taiwan adventure. Waterfalls, sculptured rocks, delicious lunch. Great time.

5.00Peter was amazing! He was so patient with us and made us feel comfortable the entire time. Even though it was extremely hot, he made sure we stayed cool and taken care of throughout the day. He truly went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. 10/10 would recommend!

5.00Roger was great. A couple of suggestions. He was nice enough to have a couple of bottles of water in the car doors in the back. Unfortunately on a 35c/95f degree day they were quite hot. A nice touch would be to have a cooler in the trunk with a few cold waters on the very hot day. Also, Roger, you should slow down your walking to the slowest person in the group. I know you couldn't have been in a rush as we finished our 8 hour tour in 6 hours.

5.00Excellent tour and great service. Junior was an outstanding driver-guide who communicated clearly, was very accommodating, and made the entire experience enjoyable. He was also great at taking photos and helped us capture some wonderful memories throughout the day. Everything was well organized, and we highly recommend this tour.

5.00When visiting Taipei, Taiwan, make sure you book Vincent Lee. He is a man, hands-down.! this guy took us to all the great spots and knew exactly where to get the best photos. No joke we took 420 photos in 8 hours with Vincent.
A great tour with Roger as our guide and driver

5.00Roger contacted it us by WhatsApp a few days to confirm the tour and the timing of the pick-up at our hotel. He is a very safe driver and we enjoyed our conversation with him. He answered all of our questions and we learned a lot about Taiwan and Taipei. The sites were as pretty and interesting as described in the brochure, even without the sunshine! Roger had a bottle of water for each of us and umbrellas too. We were very happy to have chosen a private tour. Thank you Roger!
