The drive to the large bay of Fazayah, about 80 km west of Salalah, is already fun, because the route leads past Mughsail beach to the hairpin curves on the flanks of Wadi Afawl and on to the heights of Jebel Qamar. Up there, you feel a bit like the lookout in the mast of a sailing ship: sea breeze and an unobstructed view to the horizon, except that there are also the steep rocky cliffs with their bizarre formations. A steep but good path leads down to several small and large sandy beaches. Now it's the perfect time to put on your swimming clothes and dive into the waves of the Indian Ocean.
Al Mughsail Beach
Coming down from the mountains, you’ll head west to popular Mughsail. The first stop is the beautiful sand beach, sprinkled with gazebos and palm trees for those who want to rest in the shade as they listen to the waves. The mountains come very close to the ocean at that point and make for magnificent views.

5.00This was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend it to anyone who is visiting Salalah. We had a great day with our guide Azuz who was really friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and took great care of us. The beaches were stunning and the views breathtaking. Overall great way to spend some time in Oman.

5.00An unforgettable experience! My grandma and I had the pleasure of joining the Salalah West tour and it was absolutely breathtaking. The highlight of our day was undoubtedly the Hidden Beach. The scenic beauty and peaceful atmosphere were simply enchanting. We would like to say a huge thank you to our tour guide and the entire team. Their hospitality and knowledge made this tour an unforgettable experience. We can't wait to come back and experience more adventures with you!

5.00I had the pleasure of going on this trip alone with Abdulaziz as my tour guide and has now become a friend of mine. He was patient, knowledgeable, accommodating and has a good sense of humor. We went to Mughsail Beach, Marnif Cave, Hidden Beach, Blow Holes and Fazayah Beach. The highlight was Fazzayah Beach. I enjoyed the drive down the mountains and the water is absolutely amazing. The views are breathtaking. Abdulaziz gave me time to dip my feet in the water and sat patiently waiting for me allowing me to indulge to the maximum. I recommend this tour to anyone visiting Salalah and especially ask for Abdulaziz to be your tour guide 😊 My only concern was the poor bathroom facilities in Salalah but this was no fault of the tour company. However Abdulaziz always tried his best to find alternative ways for me to use the restroom. Thanks again for an amazing tour and look forwarding to visiting Salalah again in the near future.

5.00I highly recommend this tour! I spent a great afternoon in breathtaking settings. Small tip for the beach: get ready for the beautiful waves and take a board! The guide I had already done the eastern part of Salalah with was really great: accommodating, friendly and really keen to share his culture.

5.00Highly recommended! Amazing natural experience you can have. Even in the off season, it’s worth of visit. You can also chill at the beach with Omani foods! The guide is very professional and kind! Join this tour and you will love the nature of Salalah!

5.00West tour, June 2 Thanks to the guide, we visited such beautiful places: Moogsail Beach, Marnif Cave, Hidden Beach, Holes, Fazaia Beach. These are the best beaches we have ever seen 😍 We had the best guide. Finding a good guide is very important, because thanks to him there was an impression of the journey and the country. We learned a lot of new and interesting things about Oman. We really want to visit Oman again ❤️. If friends want to visit Oman we will highly recommend this tour and guide. Thanks again!

5.00We could see the beautiful seaside in Salalah. My guide Abdul took us the several places in half day. His time management skill is professional. He knows well what time we should go to each place. We could have time to swim in the beautiful sea, and I was impressed that we could see many nature camels there. Thank you so much for your long driving and for giving us great memories.

It has taken us to all the important places but at the same time teaching them give a different, more local point of view. We have been alone on beaches and viewpoints, without other tourists. We have also learned a lot from our Gia who has told us things about Omani culture and history. I highly recommend this tour for those who want an exclusive and authentic experience! 10/10
