  I was attending a wedding in Tequila, Mexico with my family. I was flying separately and arranged my own travel, but needed to book a transfer to and from Guadalajara Airport for my family. Michel was very easy to schedule with, spoke perfect English, and offered the best price. On the day of travel, my family was supposed to arrive at the Guadalajara Airport 5:30 PM. Because of delays, they did not arrive to the airport until 2:00 AM! Michel was very understanding and made sure that a driver was at the airport and ready for my family's late arrival. It was such a relief being able to talk with Michel, who assured me that the driver would be there. I feel like any other transfer service would have cancelled or charged more for an 8 hour delay. I highly recommend Michel for tours or general transfer services around Guadalajara.

  Fabulous experience! Michel was super and gave us a ton of helpful tips! Pick up and drop off directly from our door. They made the trip super memorable and customizable. We will definitely be looking into their other services for this trip and other times we come back to Guadalajara.

  Our girls trip to Guadalajara was amazing! We booked with Michel for airport transfers, ride to the train station and city tours. From the onset Michel was responsive and eager to assist with questions and an itinerary. She incorporated all of our asks and added some sweet surprises along the way. She and Rito were punctual and professional the entire 3 days we were with them. Michel helped us translate and made sure we were safe at each stop. They added the sweetest surprise stop at the Los 3 Parillos Estate which was BEAUTIFUL. 10/10 we highly recommend booking with Michel. You will not be disappointed.

  Michele and Rito are very friendly, they have knowledge of area will make your trip enjoyable they will help you with anything that they can do to make accommodations to your needs they will not be rushing you. Excellent experience.

  Michelle and Rito were professional and easy to work with. I had an itenerary in mind for a day in the Tequila region. My plan went mostly according to schedule, but when my friends became "hangry" hungry/angry, Michelle and Rito knew a delicous/fun and quick place to grab food before our next distillery tasting. Michelle gave us history lessons when we were driving. We had a blast and encourage anyone that is looking for a fun daytrip in Guadalajara and the surrounding area to reach out to Michelle. You can either have your own plan or Michelle can come up with an itenerary or a mix of both. There were two minor mishaps that were my fault. Michelle was responsive, honest and professional.   We had a full and lovely day with Michel and Rito in Tequila. We wanted a full day private driver to shuttle our family of 4 to Tequila and back. We were picked up from our hotel in the Centro of Guadalajara to spend the day tasting in Tequila. Michel, who is fluent in English, was wonderful as our Spanish is not so bueno. She pointed out sights along the way which was what we wanted from a tour guide. We had one distillery reservation and Michel was able to get us another reservation for a private tour and tasting at fabulous little family distillery. They shuttled us around between the 2 distilleries and finished our day at the infamous Canteritos which is a fun and very lively experience. Michel and Rito were very easy going and accommodating. Michel would walk with us to the distillery with us and helped us get checked into our reservation which was very helpful as we had no clue where to go to check in. Thank you Michel and Rito for a memorable day in Tequila.

  What a great experience! Rito was at the airport ready to pick us up, he was flexible even with our flight delay! He assured us not to worry. He drove us to our destination. He returned to pick us days later as planned. He arrived early and was ready to go at time of our departure ! Best of all I not stressing. He was a very cautious driver and felt safe. Highly recommended and will definitely use this company again.
