The experience inside the tombs of the Valley of the Kings is quiet and cool, a stark contrast to the desert outside. The admission ticket included access to several tombs, a great deal. The length of visit, about two hours there, allowed me to see three different tombs at my own pace. The atmosphere is one of reverence and discovery.
