Harbin Snow Fair
At 9:30 a.m. your private tour guide and vehicle will pick you up from the lobby of your hotel and transfer you to visit Harbin Snow Fair(Snow Festival) on Sun Island, This is also the birthplace of Chinese snow sculpture art. Spend two hours at the fair to see amazing large scaled snow sculptures as well as people enjoying the snow in many different ways such as snow tubing, snowmobile, other ice and snow entertainment activities....
Harbin Ice and Snow World
Later, stop at a local restaurant for a taste of Harbin food culture. An ethnic Manchurian-Han style lunch will be served. After a lunch break, At approximately 3:30pm, visit Harbin Ice and Snow World for 3-4 hours where you will see a colorful lighted Ice labyrinth, an ice slide, and an ice castle. Conclude your private day tour by being transferred back to your hotel.

4.00This is a recommended tour. The local guide was good and spoke good English. Snow world and ice word is a must experience during winter when in Harbin.

4.00Kelly was my tour guide and she was very prompt to pick me up. We visited the snow sculptures in the morning, which took maybe 1-2 hours and then we went for a quick lunch. We then had a break for a few hours before visiting the ice festival in the evening. I don’t think I can call this a full day tour because there wasn’t much to see and we did have a few hours in the middle where I was just in my hotel room waiting for her and the driver to pick me up again. I feel like the price I paid didn’t really warrant the activities of the tour. Regardless, my guide and driver were both super nice. Kelly was also very good about finding places to sit and get warm in when I started feeling cold. I do recommend this tour, but just be aware it is a bit costly and there will be a gap in the schedule as it is winter and it’s very cold to be able to do much other things.

5.00The agency was really helpful when we realised we booked the wrong tour and we actually wanted to visit the ice snow festival. Samantha was quick o respond and quickly made other alternative choices, she made a quick adjustment to the fee and booked us into the tour we want. On day of tour while eating breakfast we realised we needed more time to finish eating and informed Samantha she was so quick to respond! Very helpful and able to accommodate. Tour guide Joanna was really patient and was so helpful throughout the whole private tour. Our daughter was struggling with the cold and we had to keep moving in and out of warm houses malls, despite needing to finish the tour of this year’s largest exhibition, Joanna was patient and even made many adjustments and advice in order to help keep our daughter warm enough. The overall experience became memorable and fun despite the cold challenges, time adjustments. We are very thankful for well managed way we are taken care of and will highly recommend them to our friends and families <3 we are looking forward to coming back Harbin and will look to them for guided tours again!

5.00Sera Hao is a very knowledgeable and extremely nice guide. it seems like she knows everything regarding all the historical context for each sculptures. She recommended great local crusines. She also provided other attractions for my family and I to visit while we are at Harbin.

5.00I had the opportunity to visit Harbin and take the full day tour of sun world and Ice world. Our guide was Mr Zou who was very punctual and friendly. At all times he explained everything to us making a great effort to make us understand because he did not speak English and everything went perfect. The car clean, comfortable and in perfect condition. It was a great experience took us around the city, to the snow festivals got us the tickets to have no problems in the purchase and no lines and to eat. We left fascinated and eager to return again. Thank you without a doubt a place worth visiting with a local guide which will be unforgettable.

5.00We are a big family group taking Full Day Private Tour to Harbin Ice and Snow Festival plus Siberian Tiger Park. Before getting to Harbin, I had some question about Harbin, like the weather, warm clothing, and how to take care us in cold weather... Samantha always answers every question carefully and patiently. Her excellent service and responsibility makes us feel comfortable and safe. 5.00What an excellent day out. A very extraordinary way to celebrate Christmas Day. Our local tour guide Joanna and driver MrYoung were brilliant, very friendly and accommodating to all our needs for the day, with some interesting historical information included too. The tour sites although visited in -14 and -20degreesC it was enjoyable due to the quick and professional planning by our tour guide and driver. Many Thanks a terrific day out thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend you to anyone I know travelling to Harbin. Thanks and Merry Christmas xNicolax

5.00We did a full day tour. Walt and his sister Lina were very friendly and picked us up promptly in the lobby of our hotel. We started off by heading to see the Ice Swimming at the Songhua River (they acquired the tickets in advance for us). Then we headed to Sun Island to see the snow and ice sculptures, the Siberian Tiger Park, had an authentic Northern lunch of very fresh fish and went to the Ice Festival. We had a great time, they kept us on a good schedule, and his rates were reasonable.
