• Incredible ride overshadowed by unprofessional behavior

  We rented quads earlier this week, and our experience was unfortunately very mixed. To start with the positives: the actual quad rental was fantastic. The employee who helped us initially seemed great—friendly, organized, and knowledgeable. He walked us through everything, had us inspect the quads, and provided a thoughtfully curated Google Maps route based on our preferences. The ride was incredible—beautiful mountain roads, charming towns, and stops like Lake Bohinj. It was one of the highlights of our trip, and we appreciated the freedom of not being on a guided tour. However, what happened afterward completely changed our impression. Last night, the same employee contacted me via WhatsApp asking if my husband was looking for his lost wallet. We hadn’t realized it was missing and were grateful he reached out. We even adjusted our travel plans and drove out of our way to pick it up in person so the employee wouldn’t have to deal with shipping. When I arrived to retrieve the wallet, what should have been a quick handoff became uncomfortable. After a brief pleasant exchange, I asked for the wallet, and the employee replied he “would like a reward” and directed me to a nearby ATM. He also commented that my husband was irresponsible, needed to “learn a lesson,” and wanted to speak with him directly. I felt shaken and intimidated. I left to get my husband, who had been waiting in the car. When my husband went in, the interaction escalated further. The employee lectured him, accused my husband of not “being a man of his word” for not yet leaving a review (it’s been less than four days since our rental and we are actively traveling!). He then used explicit and insulting language toward my husband multiple times (a phrase so foul that this review was initially blocked for violating tripadvisor guidelines when I included it verbatim!). At that point, it no longer felt like someone returning a lost item out of goodwill—it felt like there was pressure to provide money in order to receive the wallet back. This was deeply disappointing, unprofessional, and scary. We went from being ready to leave a glowing 5-star review to feeling uncomfortable, disrespected, and pressured.   Had an incredible experience with this company. Went on a solo trip that was personally curated to what I wanted to see while also taking into account the weather conditions. The staff is exceptionally friendly and I would recommend everyone to experience this!

• Best quad biking ever

  This is one of the best experiences I've ever had! We have quad biked around the world but this is just another level in every way. Firstly, the bikes are new, well maintained and road registered. You are given a google map to follow and within 2km you are riding through scenic quiet streets, past trout fisherman and cows. Then you climb high into the forest roads, with stunning scenery all the way. We had a stop at Ribcev Laz, to see lake Bohinj and the stunning 13thc church, and also climbed to savva waterfall, before seeing Vogel cable car . All day we rode through the most stunning small towns, and hill scenery imaginable. The freedom to go on your own we found a real bonus as we stopped way to often to take pics, and did exactly as we pleased. This is truly a once in a lifetime experience, worth every cent.   Second Time renting a quad here and can not recommend enough. Nice quads and really good recommendations for the routes. Comming back next year!

  Great experience! Very kind and friendly staff, easy contact. Hired quad bikes for a day, we were given a route at our request to get around Bled and all its adjacent landscape, beautiful off-road and on-road route for everyone, good quality quad bikes and excellent comfort for two people! Highly recommended especially if already used before, with a minimum of experience.... otherwise the guided tour is definitely within everyone's reach, the guide is very nice, experienced and good for these experiences

  

  

  

  

  

  

• Unforgettable Quad Adventure in Bled

  I rented three quads with my friends, and we had an absolute blast! We rented them for the whole day, which gave us the freedom to go wherever we wanted (as long as we stayed on the tracks). The owners were extremely nice and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. We didn’t join the guided tour, but instead received a map of the route so we could explore at our own pace. All in all, it was a fantastic and unforgettable experience.

  We would definitely recommend this experience. We rented a quad for a day and were able to visit some beautiful places. Thanks to the tips from the very friendly employee, we were able to drive along some nice and challenging routes. Worth it when in Slovenia!

  The tour was nice and we had plenty to see. We even saw woody jozza. We were allowed to leave quads at our apartment in the end. Guide was informative, and we were inoformed about it on time.

  Great experience. Well maintained and nice quads. I had the Segway AT5 and it was an awesome machine. Contact with owner is great and he responds fast. unfortunately I had a flat tire on the second day I rented the quad, this was all taken care off and I got offered a fair solution/price for the new tire that the quad needed. When I come back to Slovenia I'll rent a quad here again for sure😁
