Alexandra Falls
The peaceful surrounding of Alexandra Falls offers a feel of the island’s past as it’s sheltered with a rich and untouched rainforest with around 200 species of trees, species, shrubs, plants and wildlife. Unwind with your loved ones as you listen to the falls from a distance comforted by melodious sounds.
Located on one of the highest parts of the National Park, is a viewpoint which is sure to take your breath away as you gaze towards the valley rich with bright green vegetation along with the occasional majestic Paille En Queue, which happens to be the national bird of Mauritius, gliding merrily about in its home.

5.00We had a great day with Avi seeing much of the natural wonders and enjoying very local food. We were here during a fairly extended New Years break where many businesses were closed for 4 days, but Avi adapted and gave us a wonderful day. We actually had a very different lunch at the Heritage Spice House where they do cooking classes and Unwind has a different tour. It was great and a unique experience.

5.00We had an exceptionally beautiful tour with Unwind Mauritius Tours. Our guide and driver told us many fascinating details about Mauritius and its history and was able to answer all our questions. We were able to discover and fully enjoy some of the island’s most beautiful places. We will definitely be back!

5.00We made a total of 5 excursions with Avi who is a great guide, in love with his island, attentive especially with children and good advice even outside his visits to him. He also took some great pictures of us. He was flexible which made us feel very comfortable with young children. It allowed us to discover beautiful places.

5.00If you’re hesitating to book this trip don’t! This was one of the highlights of our fantastic holiday to Mauritius. Our guides Avi and Jaya were just amazing and so knowledgeable. We were genuinely blown away by their hospitality and they customised the tour to fit in all that we wanted to see. The highlights were the traditional breakfast and the superb lunch at the Rhumerie De Chamarel. We will definitely be back and look forward to meeting both our hosts again. Thank you again.

5.00The communication before the day was prompt and informative. Avi our driver collected us from our hotel at the agreed time. The SUV was clean inside and out, water was provided and the air conditioning worked effectively. We were asked what type of things we were interested in and our day was planned accordingly. All the many sights were well worth visiting, we especially liked the rhumerie and the cashmere clothes factory shop. Avi was very pleasant, polite and informative. He took care of all admin so we could fully enjoy all the experiences without queuing. All in all a thoroughly wonderful day to remember.

5.00We had an incredible experience on the Southwest Mauritius tour! We were able to explore so many beautiful and diverse sights, and the natural beauty of Mauritius completely took our breath away. From lush landscapes to stunning viewpoints, every stop was more beautiful than the last. Our guide was fantastic—extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. He made sure to accommodate all our requests and went out of his way to ensure we had a memorable day. His passion for the island was evident, and his insights made the experience even more special. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Mauritius. It’s the perfect way to experience the island’s natural wonders, and you’ll leave with unforgettable memories. 5.00The activities were cool the pool is big but sometimes a little cold, the sea was beautiful and the animations were super cool and there was a good atmosphere with the G.O Teens Mathew and Coralie who are really nice and integrated us perfectly
