Would you like to visit the top tourist spots and lesser-known treasures of Tbilisi during a full day tour? If yes, this tour is appropriate for you. In the morning, you will visit the Chronicle of Georgia (Stonehenge of Tbilisi) near Tbilisi Sea and Sameba Cathedral, the biggest church in Georgia. During the midday, you will explore Holy Mountain and Mtatsminda Park. During afternoon, you will explore all important sites of the old town of Tbilisi. Additionally, you will take a cable car in Old Town to enjoy the best panoramic views of Tbilisi. Moreover, you will visit sulfur baths and waterfall, explore medieval churches and fortress, hear legend about how Tbilisi was founded, taste unique wines of Georgia and try Georgian bread in the traditional old bakery. All Inclusive option includes Funicular cable railway ride and lunch to taste must-try Georgian dishes.

Suitable for all physical fitness levels

Ladies need to wear head scarves and dresses in Georgian orthodox churches. Short trousers for men are also forbidden. Scarves and dresses can also be found near church entrances for men and women to enter churches.

Chronicles Of Georgia

Memorial History of Georgia monument chronicles history of Georgia. There are 16 pillars between 30-35 m tall and the top half features kings, queens and heroes while the bottom part depict stories from the life of Christ. There is a grapevine cross of St. Nino and a chapel. Guests can explore the site, take photos and enjoy great views of Tbilisi Sea.

Tbilisi Holy Trinity Cathedral

Holy Trinity Cathedral is the main cathedral of the Georgian Orthodox Church (1995-2004). It is the third-tallest Eastern Orthodox cathedral and one of the largest in the world by total area. It was built to commemorate 1,500 years of autocephaly of the Georgian Orthodox Church and 2,000 years from the birth of Jesus.

I would recommend a similar tour with a small group. The private tours in Tbilisi have guides that are hit or miss. This tour would have been better with a better guide and overall approach to the day.

Private tour is how I always choose my tours. This tour was by private car and some walking. Giorgi was excellent. Very knowledgeable and had great conversations. He showed me everything I wanted to see via the tour. Tbilisi has so much history, great scenery and great vibes! Time well spent with Giorgi. Thank you for the great experience!

What can i say ! This tour was the best tour i did. Giorgi was absolutely an amazing guide and amazing person as well. He made this tour so fun and memorable. We took amazing pictures we laughed and just stunning. I would repeat this tour so many times. I really highly recommend this tour and specially with the amazing Guide Giorgi.

Luca was a great tour guide and he showed me many interesting places in the city that I would not have seen or found on my own because they were somewhat hidden within the city. It was a private tour (which I was surprised about). It was great to spend little or more time in the places that interested me. It was a lot of walking so please wear comfortable shoes. I was so tired, but it was worth it to see everything in the city.

George or should I say respectfully “Giorgi” offers a very professional and well timed tour. He is punctual and very knowledgeable as well as caring and kind. My wife and I experienced true Georgian hospitality with George and we highly recommend his tour. It really is the only way to appreciate this beautiful city by someone who really knows everything and did not mind answering any questions we asked. If we wanted to stop to try some food or drink, which was not on our tour program, it was not a problem and we really appreciated this. His tour was so interesting and organised and everything he offered was done with perfection. If you want a no problem tour than this is it! Thank you once again for a perfect day.

My family and I really enjoyed touring Old Town especially the Cable car ride with a view of the city, the historical wine sites, Narikala forest etc. Our tour guide, Giorgi, reallly gave us a great experience with the visits and the background/history behind these places.

Fantastic activity which provides decent exposure to Tbilisi. Absolutely lovely going to the top of this hill (which has a mast), enjoying the view of Tbilisi. Fantastic to also see underground wine shops and bakeries. Absolutely fun activity!
