During a day trip to the northeast coast of Taipei, you will have an unforgettable travel experience! A professional tour guide and a driver will take you to visit popular check-in spots.
Shifen is a town rich in culture and history which provide a nice glimpse at Taiwan's beautiful natural scenery. You can create a Chinese Lantern (天燈) with a wish written on it to release into the sky. Besides, taste Jiufen history and culture, eat local food when you stroll in the old cobblestone street.
Also, visit the natural classroom Yehliu Geopark, which shows bizarre terrain formed by thousands of years of geological movement that force the mountain jutting out of the ocean.
Please note that if the Shifen Waterfall suspension bridge is undergoing annual maintenance, an alternative route will be taken, which may require additional walking.

5.00Very scenic with notable natural wonders especially the sea rock formations. Off the beaten path with lots of small shops to explore and delectable food items. Perfect adventure for tourists to explore. Tour guide Miya Lin very organized. Direction and instructions were clear. Thanks for the bathroom (toilet) tips at every stop! If all your tours had a Miya Lin sign me up!!!

5.00Pauline, our tour guide, was very patient in explaining about the places where we’re headed, in three different languages (english, chinese, japanese). Amazing! Her energy also was kept from the start til the end of the tour, very good tour guide indeed! Favorite is the Yehliu geothermal park, with its amazing rock formation. Nature’s side of Taiwan can be experienced on this trip. Very well recommended.

4.00What wonderful tour. Sara was a great ambassador for Taipei. She was full of fun ready to help and gave us lots of information. It was a joyfull tour and great sights. Only disappointed with not being dropped off at the pickup point (Taipei main station) as we were left at a night market to find our own way back.
Not an interesting itinerary - Geopark is the only thing that is useful

5.00My tour guide Mr. Lyncon was very helpful. He took very good care of our experiences. After the tour I stayed in Taiwan for a few days. Nevertheless, he still helped me with my problems about language. I felt very comfortable and would like to recommend Mr Kyncon.

5.00Weather changes quickly so pack for both sun and rain or you will have to buy an umbrella or poncho. Less crowded experience on a weekday. Jerry our guide was excellent and conducted the tour in both English and Japanese and managed 30 odd people with humour and efficiency.

4.00This was a good day tour from Taipei, hitting several important tourist sites in the area that were really interesting. It was a big tour bus with people from many countries with many languages so definitely a 'mass toruism' experience. But this tour provided efficient and low cost transport to great locations that would have taken a lot longer to go to individually. I thought there was sufficient time at each place to see what I wanted to see (you don't have to stay with the group once you arrive). One thing to note is that weather can mean that you can't always visit the geo-park -- we were fortunately able to get in, but they closed the gates shortly after our group left (and we were told that the group that went the day prior wasn't able to get in at all!!).
