During a day trip to the northeast coast of Taipei, you will have an unforgettable travel experience! A professional tour guide and a driver will take you to visit popular check-in spots.
Shifen is a town rich in culture and history which provide a nice glimpse at Taiwan's beautiful natural scenery. You can create a Chinese Lantern (天燈) with a wish written on it to release into the sky. Besides, taste Jiufen history and culture, eat local food when you stroll in the old cobblestone street.
Also, visit the natural classroom Yehliu Geopark, which shows bizarre terrain formed by thousands of years of geological movement that force the mountain jutting out of the ocean.
Please note that if the Shifen Waterfall suspension bridge is undergoing annual maintenance, an alternative route will be taken, which may require additional walking.

5.00This was a fabulous day tour, with lots to see and do. Our tour guide, Isabella was fantastic, very detailed and easy to understand. We loved the sky lanterns and the Geo Park. My only suggestion is It would have been nicer if the group could have eaten lunch together at a nice restaurant since the tour took 9 hours and not much time to each. The tour provided water and the coach was very comfortable and great AC.

5.00This was a TERRIFIC tour. Worth every penny. And although it sounds like a long day it went by super fast and was so much fun. Beware, a lot of steps (350 to be exact). It was nice to get out of the city for the day and see the mountains, ocean and local culture. Our tour guide Cipher was so funny and very nice. Highly recommend!

5.00We enjoyed the Sky Lantern a lot. The bus is comfortable and it has an excellent AC, which helped since it is hot and humid during our tour. Cipher, our tour guide is great. She explained some history of the places we went to. I would highly recommend and ask for Cipher as your tour guide.

5.00The tour was amazing and Iris made it enjoyable and educational. She was excellent. As a group we were well looked after and were given insight into the country and culture that we may not have known. Shifen waterfall was spectacular and Jiufen old town was magical, especially at dusk! Well worth the time and at a very reasonable cost. I totally recommend the trip.

5.00Worth every pennies from start to finish. Tour guide Iris is accommodated and very helpful to explain on each stop for their history and background interests. Me and my wife both are enjoyed the trip and have a good time there!! Highly recommend !!

5.00Plenty to see and do on this day trip with our teenage boys—an excellent way to spend one day if you only have a few days in Taipei. Kelly was an outstanding guide: friendly, funny, well organised, and very knowledgeable. While we knew the tour would finish at a night market, a few others in the group didn’t seem to be aware. Kelly kept everyone well informed throughout the day, sharing helpful updates via WhatsApp. There was plenty of time to explore at each stop, and despite the rain and cooler weather, we were still able to enjoy everything. Don’t miss trying the pineapple cake from the oldest shop in Jiufen and nearby, the tea set experience at A-Mei Teahouse.

5.00We had a small group which made it easy to move around and Vanness was a great guide with interesting facts, hints & tips and funny jokes :) The trip was easy and comfortable way to see few places and nature outside Taipei.
