From the city of Guayaquil we will go to Puerto el Morro where a boat awaits us that will take us on an unforgettable tour around the mangroves. This site is considered a protected area and also a natural refuge for hundreds of Herons and Birds. Come and sail with us through the Estuary el Morro and know four varieties of mangrove that exists in this place that is considered a protected reserve, here are concentrated a great variety of herons such as, Garzón Cocoi (Cocoi heron), Garza Real (snowy) egret), Great Egret (creat egret) Little blue heron, Egret tricolor (Egretta tricolor), Striated heron (White ibis), Roseate Spoonbill (Roseate Spoonbill). In this estuary we can also see a colony of bottlenose dolphins (bufeos) who are in their natural habitat, then we will disembark on the island Manglarcito, here they nest and reproduce about 6,000 frigates that have chosen this place because of the abundance of food and tranquility that exists on this island, which is considered a natural paradise.

This tour is definitely not worth what it costs! The very attentive guide, he is passionate about nature and likes his work, but 2 hours by car and another hour and a half by boat, to see 3 birds and the fins of 4 defines in the distance, is by no means worth it! I feel like I wasted a lot of money and time. It's too expensive! They could make much more use of the area (mangroves, for example) and maintain it to make it attractive (where the boat comes from is ugly and neglected) Also, in the tour description it says “free time on the beach” and that didn’t happen. The tour to the interesting cocoa farm, the beautiful place, all very friendly and the food very rich. *I do not agree that photos of me and my children have been uploaded to the page, without my authorization. I was led to believe that a “photographer” was going with us to send us photos and videos of our experience, and this was for her own benefit and publicity.

I had the most pleasurable experience in this natural beauty such as the cocoa plantation and dolphins, on the cocoa plantation I could appreciate the way to make that chocolate so delicious that our mother nature gives us and on the dolphins was a wonderful sight... I loved it very much, an excellent job by the Viasam Tours team, I will soon return
I felt super good with the scenery, food and guide who could certainly make it the best way this trip!

It was a unique experience to be able to observe the dolphins so close around us in their natural state is really memorable, then they took us to make chocolate at a Hacienda called the Castle where they showed us with details how chocolate is made organically and healthily it was nice to be able to share with my family this experience thank you Wendy and Yamil for these nice moments that made us pass by don’t forget to try the patacones and the rich cocoa juice 👌
