Discover the island of Faial from one end to the other! With the full day tour, you get to know all the main sights of the island, and even get to choose a few extra stops of your choice! For example, you can visit a museum, as well as bathe in one of our wonderful beaches. If you want to know a little more about our nature, you can choose to visit more remote panoramic viewpoints!

5.00There were only three of us in van. Our tour’s guy name was Andrew from company”Walk in blue”. He was young, energetic, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. He tried to satisfy all our requests, but unobtrusively. Was very professional. Several times our route was blocked, he had to resort to an additional option, but this did not mean that we missed something, he was just flexible. I absolutely recommend his service to a friend. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

5.00Great time with Rachel, not sure about her Portuguese name. Tour takes 8 hrs and covers ~120 miles. There were 4 of us and we got whole car at our disposal. Lunch at golf club was very good

5.00Kevin - an Azorean native - is an awesome tour guide, and a wealth of knowledge to answer so many of the questions I had about the Azorean islands! We had a great day seeing Faial and its incredible range of microclimates and volcanic/geologic history. Book directly!

5.00Kevin was great. Very knowledgeable and he wasn’t rushing us. The weather was not the best, however he took different routes around the island and took advantage of the shifting weather to find us the best possible views during the day. We even went a few places not normally on the tour to make up for things we missed. The lunch was very good and even the customers welcomed us. It was our best day on the island. The next day I met a Dutch fellow. He went on about his tour as well. As we were comparing notes, we realized we had the same Kevin. Ask for him if you are planning to take this full island tour.

5.00Our tour guide Kevin was the best! He was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about all of Faial. He was energetic and engaging and just so darn fun to be around. He was extremely helpful in helping to arrange other tours for us. Our tour was interesting and informative - an overall wonderfully delightful day!

5.00Fantastic day! Walk in Blue made best use of the weather conditions and secured fabulous views of the Caldeira whilst the sun shone, and we visited so many viewpoints and places of interest, including a couple of requests not on the schedule. Excellent (included) lunch was in a spectacular location, and we had lots of relaxed time to roam and look at the exhibition at Capelinhos. Kevin’s story of the influence of this natural disaster on his own family history was fascinating. We strongly recommend this well organised but relaxed pace tour!
