  Due to a tight schedule(cruise ship departure) we had limited time to explore Kyoto, but our guide Yujiro(Ben) accommodated our needs and provided a wonderful and well-paced experience of some of the highlights of Kyoto. Ben was quite knowledgeable about all of the shrines and temples and of the rich history of Kyoto. One of our party has some mobility issues but Ben was considerate and always concerned for safety on the uneven ground. At the end of the day, we felt that we had gotten to know something about Kyoto and had made a new friend as well.

  driving in Japan is difficult. the trains are great but speed thru areas (or underground) so quickly that you might miss things. we booked this PRIVATE tour with Felix as our guide and they PICK YOU UP/DROP YOU OFF at yr hotel (double check yr hotel is on their list). as a local, Felix was able to navigate the expressways, provide the best parking for each venue, gave plenty of time to shop and browse, gave insight to each location in a quiet and personal manner, like we were his family/group. Of course, no guarantees, but we did see three geisha in Gion. the best part was it was just the three of us. no huge group. no cattle herding feeling. He also showed us a udon restaurant he liked. We’d never have found it on our own! Perks!

  Its a very enjoyable Day Tour with an exceptional Tour Guide, Yujiro(Benn). He is very patience, accomodative and very proactive throughout the whole. Highly reccommeded for those looking for Private Tour Package.

  Our tour guide Benn was amazing! Before we even got to the day of pur trip, Benn was messaging us checking in details of our group. He picked us up at our hotel and even had water ready for us when we got in the car. Benn offered us many options and was patient with us at each of our stops. He took us to a great lunch place where we tried all kinds of sushi and had a great time. I would highly recommend this tour for a full day tour.

  We had a wonderful tour with Benn. Benn was such nice, kind, sincere and helpful. We had many laughs. Also, good photographer.
