  Great day with Caroline. A great guide that allowed us to discover lots of nice places. She advised us on very good restaurants. Explained and told us the history of the island.   Great tour with a great guide Kevin 😎💪🏽 He knew how to find solutions even beak difficult access conditions. Great explanations and unforeseen sites when we had time. 👍🏽 A break at a local restaurant on top!! Day at the top!! Thanks again for the memories

  This is the 4th time I have come to Reunion Island, and I have never had the opportunity to go on an excursion with a guide. I was super happy with the quality of the service. Thanks to the whole team and especially to Kevin, our driver, I discovered many beautiful places. During the lunch break, we ate local and frankly, the restaurant chosen was great, it was really good... I'll do the rest of the tours again on my next vacation.   Great day on May 9th with Kevin who knows the island by heart and teaches us a lot of things throughout the day and allows us time to take unforgettable photos in beautiful places.I advise you 100%. Thank you for your knowledge and generosity. Thanks also to her who organizes the meeting very clear fast and reachable easily. Maybe see you next time.

  We booked and paid for 2 advertised 1-day trips to the mountains. Our second trip was reassigned to a different tour around the island shortly after booking, because the roads were affected by a recent cyclone. Our first trip was cancelled at 6:10am, 20 minutes before on the day of departure from our hotel, because of bad weather. We immediately contacted the tour operator to see if our trip could be rescheduled for the following day but they informed us that they were required to refund the cost to our Travel Agent. The weather was better the next day and we were wanting to go, but because of the many layers of management (including Expedia) involved, they insisted on us paying a deposit of Eu20. So even though we already had paid them for 2 trips (yet to be provided) an additional Eu20 was required before they would consider us booked on this rescheduled trip (the same trip we had already paid them for but that they had cancelled!). We’d paid for 2 trips, then asked for an additional Eu20 but, due to the inflexibility of the tour management process, received 2 cancellations, confusion and disappointment. We should have been asked whether we would prefer to have our tours changed or rescheduled. However, our first excursion, to Piton de la Fournaisse, was wonderful, largely thanks to the perfect weather and our kind and friendly driver, Kevin. The second, the circumnavigation of the island, was also with Kevin and was very enjoyable. Both included small groups of 3 to 5 in the van. Kevin is a very good driver and host and played a major part in making both trips successful.

  We had a great day that will forever be etched in our memory... Breathtaking views and landscapes. Services at the top with a very responsive shock team. Special mention for Kevin who has been to the small care. Kévin is passionate and very invested. It is accommodating and adapts to specific requests. It was a real pleasure. Thanks for everything.
