Our trip will take us to some of the most beautiful beaches on the Otranto coast, enjoying the whole journey surrounded by a lovely Mediterranean scrubland.
I'll drive you to the Otranto city first where you can have an independent tour in the amazing old Town.
Then we'll go to one of well rated bakery shop for an independent shopping of typical gluttony that you might enjoy in the first beach we'll stop along the waterfront of Otranto.
The next transfer will take us to the Turks’ bay, the wildest beach you could ever seen. Here you can enjoy your time as you prefer, getting a swim or walking around the pine path discovering the amazing coves that the place offers.
In Torre Sant’ Andrea, our next halt, you could find out the clearest water you’ve ever seen in Puglia.
The tour is just for you, so we don’t need hurry and your visit time will be very flexible.

Transfer from Lecce to Otranto 45 min - Otranto, one of the most lovely coastal villages in Salento. Every corner highlight the different civilizations who lived here like Romans, Byzantines, Ottomans and Aragonese. You'll have free time for visiting the amazing Cathedral, the Saint Peter Church in Byzantine style, the Castle and the impressive walls that surround the whole ancient city.

We'll stop in the first city beach along the waterfront of Otranto, passing by some local bakeries where you can have an independent shopping of typical gluttonies, or a packed lunch you could have on the beach.

5.00This was an amazing tour given by Maurizio & his wife, well planned, with the most incredible photo opportunities of some of the most stunning landscapes in this area from Lecce to Otranto. The waters in this area are unbelievably beautiful! With options to take a rest on a beach & take it all in. This tour is well worth it, the guides were wonderful & showed me things that took my breath away. One of the best days of my trip in this region!!! I don’t think you would find all of this on your own.

5.00This is exactly the tour I was looking for. I wanted to see more beaches than we had on a different tour. This tour lets you decide how long you would like to spend at a location. Bob is an excellent guide with lots of communication prior to departure regarding pickup location and time. A native of Lecce who knows the interesting and beautiful spots along the coast. Even though the weather was a bit gloomy, Bob took us to Otranto as well as beautiful beaches (although it was too cool to swim). We had a great lunch and even a stop for gelato. Bob is happy to share his experiences living in Lecce and provides lots of recommendations for dining and sightseeing in Lecce. We could not have selected a better tour and guide. Thank you Bob!

5.00Our guide, Roberto, was very adept at finding quiet spots and steering us away from busy crowds during the peak August season. He found us a lovely cove to swim in and some of the best gelato we've ever tasted! We would highly recommend Roberto for this tour.

5.00This day tour with Roberto was not just the highlight of our family trip to Puglia, it was one of the very best days we’ve ever had on vacation! Roberto is the quintessential guide. He is supremely knowledgeable about the region, as a local, but he is also an excellent English speaker with a gift for storytelling and humor. Roberto is very kind hearted, as well, and works hard to make the day fun for all and easy. We visited beaches during a very busy tourist season and while we would be swimming and sunning, Roberto would be hard at work - moving the van from place to place to avoid tickets, drying towels in the sun, cleaning sandy seats, and communicating with us all the while on his location. He recommended wonderful spots to eat, snack, and get gelato, as well! We cannot recommend Roberto highly enough!!! If you visit Lecce, arranging a day with Roberto is a MUST!!!!

5.00Roberto was a fantastic guide. He was so communicative beforehand and during. He did everything to ensure we had a smooth and seamless day in Otranto at our own pace. The group was only my friend and I so we ended up receiving a private experience for the day. Roberto spoke English and was very educated about the area. He provided us with beach chairs and everything else we needed for a perfect day.

5.00Maurizio and his wife are particularly nice, the trip is very nice and the places are beautiful. If you’re travelling without a car, and before the summer buses come into service, it’s a worthwhile option!
