  Probably my favorite day in Slovenia! Benjamin did a great job. In October, this was essentially a photography trip for me, and I had many places to enjoy. I liked that the trip was not rushed, even though we went to many locations.

  Best excursion we took in all of Europe. Our guide Benjamin was amazing. It was a full day tour but at no point did I feel rushed and was able to enjoy lunch at a restaurant recommend by Benjamin, which was also fantastic.   Waterfall requires climbing many steps. It’s like it’s raining when you get to top so wear something waterproof. Scenes are spectacular. It’s a full day with many breath taking and worthwhile stops. Slovenia has such beautiful natural scenery and it is all very close to the city. Benjamin, our guide was so kind and helpful and knowledgeable. We are in our late 60s/70 and it was very doable. Would suggest they drop off the last two stops as by that time the day is quite long. Otherwise it was very good value and loved it. Highly recommend it!

  We had a fantastic full day at the amazing Triglav National Park - 5 stars! So many different sights and experiences packed into one day, yet we never felt rushed. We had good weather and were able to drive the winding roads up into the Julian Alps! I stubbed my toe on a tree root & fell hard on my knee while going up the steepest trek of the day, to go behind a high waterfall. Our guide Leon, concerned for my safety (I’m a 72 year old woman) took my hand and guided me on the rest of this steep slope, & kept a close eye on me the rest of the day - while paying attention to all his guests. I felt very safe. Leon also gave us lots of info about the sights, flora and fauna, history of the area, and even, if asked, how to pronounce various Slovenian words. This was my favorite day of our 8 days in Slovenia! I HIGHLY recommend this tour and Leon as your guide!

  This tour was the highlight of a week long trip in Slovenia, the areas visited have been perfectly selected to give fantastic views of the mountains while also getting close to the waterfalls and Soca Valley The tour was well organised, allowing a suitable amount of time at each stop, there is an hour for lunch at the small town of Bovec which is just the right amount to visit a resturant or the supermarket What really made this tour special (aside from the scenery) was our tour guide Leon. Leon was not only very knowledgeable and passionate about the beauty of slovenia but was also incredibly kind and ensured everyone was comfortable while also ensuring all stops met the varying mobility levels of individuals in the group. At each stop Leon stayed close by while we explored individually and was more than happy to offer a helping hand (quite literally when climbing across rocks) and able to answer all questions asked, he was light hearted and clearly has a real pride in Slovenia and the areas we visited. Of all the tours in various countries that I've done Leon really stands out as one of the very best guides I've had the pleasure of following The journey itself was comfortable, the multiple stops mean that you are never in the coach for very long and when you are driving along the views make the time pass very quickly. The coach was comfortable with plenty of leg room and air conditioning and there were multiple opportunities to use free public toilets or purchase a drink throughout the day The tour was one of the most spectacular days I've had, the nature, views and our incredibly wonderful guide made this a day to never forget

  

  

  

  

• Great tour of the Julian Alps

  Pickup was at 7am, and drop off was at 7pm, 12 hour tour. It is a one hour drive up to the sights, so we had a solid 10 hours of touring and hiking. The trip looped over the passes to Italy and back. There were around 10 stops with three different hikes. The other stops had short optional walks. The longest hike was 45 minutes. There was also some time when one could just chill and sit by a river. There was the option to do an additional river raft trip, which some people did.

  Our guide Tim did a great job of explaining what to expect and of getting us as much sightseeing and experiences in our day as possible!   This is one of the best day tours you can do in Slovenia. It allows you to see many spectacular and different places in one day. It was such a great experience and Tim, our guide, was very helpful and kept us on the schedule while allowing us to experience everything properly. The coordination was also top notch by Dragana.
