The intention of this meditation is to support you in achieving a state of deep relaxation. 5.00Great sound bath on paddle boards and then a fire pit to reflect. Savannah has a super calm and soothing voice and it was a fantastic experience for me and my teen daughter. I would recommend any activity offered by Savannah.
