  After a week of business in Santiago, the guys helped us create a custom weekend experience with both a hike into the mountains and some wine tasting at multiple vineyards in 2 different valleys. First off, their English was perfect and made it very easy for us to communicate our wish list and explain our level of fitness so we could pick the appropriate hike. They were very flexible and were even able to coordinate an airport drop off for us after a day at the vineyards. They guys were super friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We learned a ton from them even during the car ride and they still gave us enough space to relax and really enjoy the experiences. I highly recommend booking an unforgettable experience with these guys!

  The guys curated a wonderful day visiting the Andes with moderately challenging hiking that perfectly suited what we were looking for. In the planning phase they listened, asked the right questions, were always available and responsive with a personalized approach. I highly recommend Daniel and Esteban who are very professional and did a wonderful job. Very well done guys, you made the difference!

  Our private excursion to the Andes with Esteban and his team was hands-down the highlight of our entire trip to Santiago, Chile. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, thoughtful, and deeply memorable. Traveling while pregnant can be a bit nerve-wracking, but Esteban and his team were incredibly accommodating. They made sure I was comfortable at all times, adjusting the pace and ensuring we had everything we needed. On top of that, our group of four had a variety of dietary restrictions, and every single one was respected and handled with such care—it truly took the stress out of the day. Esteban himself is a wealth of knowledge. His passion for the region, its history, geography, and culture was evident in every story he shared. He made the mountains come alive with insight and heart. The entire team was so polite, professional, and welcoming—we felt like we were spending the day with friends who genuinely cared. We also have to give a shoutout to Daniel from Servitour. Planning the itinerary with him was an absolute breeze. He made everything so easy and tailored it exactly to our needs and interests. Communication was clear, friendly, and efficient. This day trip was more than just sightseeing—it was a meaningful experience, filled with beauty, learning, and connection. We can’t recommend Esteban, his team, and Servitour enough. If you’re in Santiago, do not miss the chance to explore the Andes with this exceptional group. We’d give it more than five stars if we could!

  We had an incredible experience with Vertex Adventure this past June. The planning of this trip took months and it was a big trip for our family. We come from a warm climate and one big ask from my son was to do something with snow. I started looking and reaching out to a number of operators to see what options were available. I was initially in contact with Servitour Chile and then Vertex, not realizing that they were connected. As it was later explained to me, Servitour focuses on culture and heritage and Vertex on adventure. When the connection was made Santiago handed me over to Daniel and the brainstorming began. Initially I had hard time understanding why the cost of the tours were so much more than others I found online but it quickly became clear; the thoughtful responses and attention to detail was unmatched. It was a few weeks too early for the ski centers to be open but Daniel kept me updated on conditions. Understanding the importance of a winter experience, he recommended the Andes Overlook tour which had the potential to include snowshoeing. This tour was scheduled for our last full day in Chile. A few days prior my husband hurt himself while hike and wasn't sure that he would be able to do the tour. I contacted Daniel who came up with a number of alternatives and options should he be unable to participate. He was so flexible and responsive, really looking to ensure that we were all able to get something out of this experience. On the day of the tour Esteban picked us up along with a driver, Carlos. Esteban's mastery of the English language was fantastic, something we didn't experience often with other bilingual guides that we had during our trip to Chile. This made communication easy and a pleasure. He taught us about Chile, explained the area we were going to, and told us about his life. He was charming and lovely to be around, always there to help us navigate an unknown landscape (and our first experience with snowshoes), yet giving us space as well. On the way back my son fell asleep in the car so instead of stopping for lunch we got empanadas to go. They were amazing; after some time in Chile we had many empanadas to compare them to and these were definitely the best we'd ever had! Overall the experience was one of the highlights of our trip, which is saying something given the focus of the trip was Rapa Nui! A huge thank you to the full team at Vertex. This tour more than delivered and will be a family memory that we will cherish for years to come.

  Esteban was a great guide. He is extremely knowledgeable of the area and a very experienced hiker. The views were amazing and the rock formations so interesting.

  Esteban with Vertex delivered a very memorable and tailored experience. He reached out the day before to confirm the pick up time and was there on time with a driver. On the way to the valley my wife and I struck up conversation with Esteban which continued for the several hours we were together. The walk and scenery were stunning, but the way Esteban guide uses along with sharing his personal experience enchanted our visit.   Our tour guide Estaban, was the nicest and most helpful person we met in Chile. Not only does he know the Andies he is also very friendly and willing to Taylor the tour, to include anything you would like. We have kept in touch and will definitely be meeting him again, felt very lucky to have him as our guide and friend!

  Superb day out in the Andes just above Santiago. A hike into a very special valley with amazing views of the volcano and the surrounding peaks and valleys. Daniel was very insightful about the area.
