5.00Our guide provided a flexible tour that catered to our interests during our limited time in St. Lucia. This tour offers a comprehensive experience of this absolutely beautiful island nation. Our driver and tour guide had an intimate knowledge of the island and made us feel incredibly comfortable and welcome. I would not hesitate to hire him and his company again for our next trip to St. Lucia to enjoy the beautiful island.

2.00Booked for a day in port whilst on a cruise. On the positive - organisation was good, to book and for meet up in port. Booking straightforward. Representative and driver were on time, good communication. I would not recommend the driver we had: - the car broke down twice. We had to wait while he fixed it - battery problems. Made for a stessful day wondering whether we would get back to port on time. - the driver frequently took calls and even texted while driving. This did not feel safe. - he tossed two empty plastic bottles of water out of the window, in an eco area - we had to wait while someone delivered water and beer (on the plus they were both cold but we told him we’d rather not wait, we did not need these drinks) - we also had to wait around on a busy corner while someone came to pay him. There was no communication about this until we asked what the delay was - we’d said from early on we wanted to see the waterfall but there ended up being no time - see above for all the ‘wasted’ time - the windscreen had a huge crack in it. It wouldn’t have taken much for it to shatter altogether It was a stressful day! We did get back to port on time / at 4.10 when we’d requested 4.30 so that was great. But we do not recommend this driver (Bruce). If you book using a name you know - perhaps from the other good reviews here - it should be fine. As it was we wish we’d taken the taxi lottery at the port itself / something we’d wished to avoid by booking ahead through a well reviewed company. Our experience suggests it’s pot luck which driver/car you get.

4.00This was a great way to see the parts of the island that we wanted to & avoid bits that we were less keen to see. We met our driver/guide - Albert - with a list and he created a route to match our wishes with a couple of other suggestions thrown in to complete the day. We included Marigot Bay, Canaries, Anse La Raye and the Tet Paul trail that gave a brilliant view of the Pitons. Beware, though, this is advertised as an easy/medium trail but some parts were quite tough going! Loved jumping into the Toraille Waterfall despite not having been to the mud baths and spent a bit of time on the beach at the Sugar Beach resort to round off our trip. Albert was a great guide, and helped us see some of the real St Lucia as well as the tourist stops and we enjoyed the freedom of taking things at our own pace rather than having to go along with the timings of a big group. Disappointed that water and sodas weren't provided as advertised, apparently due to an oversight on despatch; only a small gripe but in those temperatures it mattered.

5.00Note that the itinerary were suggestions...it was great to talk through them and pick out what was interesting to us and what order... Albert was super easygoing and the experience was wonderful so we could explore. There were some places closed because it was Sunday so probably want to note that. Also pay attention to the fees, it's not expensive but you'll want to have plenty of cash. Also note lunch is not included and credit cards are not accepted. This was something not noted and I would have skipped lunch had I known.

3.00Experience was more of a taxi service than a tour. While our guide was a nice guy, he didn’t really have any knowledge of the places we were going, only to know how to get there. For example, when visiting the Botanical Gardens, our driver simply followed us around silently. The website does say that you do pay for anything additional, however most of the locations are listed as free admission, however my partner and I ended up spending an additional $175 USD accumulated at each location. Lunch was also not included and was $20/person. While the taxi service was a fair price to get us around the island, the additional charges to each stop should be communicated in the description on the website, as well as it clearly indicating that it is a taxi service than a tour. Given this, it is a flexible option to those looking to see multiple different things on their own schedule based on what they want to see, just prepare for the additional costs that come with it.

We got to visit multiple water falls, the sulfur springs, and learn about the beautiful fishing town of Soufriere. We had an amazing time and woukd highly recommend their services. 5.00A wonderful experience! Dora reached out the day before to understand what we were looking for in our private tour. We chose to see the north end on the island. Sherwin did our tour and was fabulous. He gave us information about all the sites we saw, was an expert photographer and worked hard to ensure we had the perfect tour for our family. Highly recommend, a great way to tour the island at your own pace.
