• Great tour for those looking for adventure + a swim

  We loved this tour. Our guide Paul was absolutely incredible with the energy, information, and planning for a successful day. Each stop/swim was unique and had individual characteristics that nothing felt repeated. The tour DEFINITELY is active and one where if you’re not at least an intermediate swimmer I’d not book. However, that made for a nice change of pace from the more info-driven leisure tours we did in Cairns. Me and my partner are in ours 30s and we were probably the oldest in our group for the demo that this probably appeals to normally, but still had a wonderful time. Also, double check your pick-up info. There was a mishap with ours where what Viator has listed and their info contradicted that started the day off with some confusion.

  Uncle Brian’s day trip was absolutely sensational. Our driver was really knowledgeable, funny, and incredibly accommodating. I loved every second of it. I would highly recommend this trip with this company to anyone. Made memories for a lifetime. The atmosphere was so comfortable and welcoming I thoroughly enjoyed it. Crowd not too big.   I had the BEST time on this trip! The locations were absolutely stunning. Our tour guide, Paul was easily the funniest and most entertaining guide ever! He made the whole experience even more special with his energy. If you’re thinking about booking this trip do it. You won’t regret it!

  Had an amazing trip and got to swim in some truly beautiful waterfalls. Michael was excellent! He was very knowledgeable about the environment and aboriginal culture which made the trip a very interesting learning experience! Would 100% recommend!

  Overall wonderful time with Mike (nose ring Mike and Not Magic Mike) as our tour guide who we was very knowledgeable and extremely accommodating with my two young children. Tour visits multiple rain forests and would highly recommend it.

  I had Mike as my tour guide and I had a brilliant day! The itinerary was perfect, got to see so much but never felt rushed. The food was incredible! And Mike was a brilliant tour guide got us all chatting and made sure we were okay throughout the day! Cannot recommend this tour highly enough!

  Had so so much fun on our tour. We were with Mike and he was great fun and really matched the group’s vibe. Plenty of food was provided so we never felt hungry and the activities were lots of fun. As two 18yr old travellers we would definitely recommend whether you’re solo or in a group - our tour had a mix and everyone got on so well.

  The tour visited 4 sites - one natural swimming bowl, two waterfalls, and a lake. The short walking tour at the Boulders is more interesting than the swimming itself. Josephine Falls is where tou got to experience the natural water slide. Prerequisite - you have to be comfortable to swim across a pretty strong current (pretty deep, not possible to touch the ground). Milla Milla Falls is quite pretty, and you could get under it. Water is comparatively cooler vs the other sites. The last stop, is just a lake. Recommended for those who love to swim in the nature. Besides, Uncle Brian is the name of the company - he has retired and you wont get to meet him. Many comments mentioned about very fun and cheerful tour guide. It depends on who you get, no guaranteed

  Done many tours in Australia so far uncle brains is definitely the best! Our tour guide Brain (not the official one sadly) made our tour so fun and interesting despite all the rain. Would recommend for anyone coming to cairns who has a spare day
