  Sam our guide for the day was absolutely fabulous. We all had a great time. All the stops were scenic and colourful filled with mother nature's goodness. Thank you Sam and the group for such an enjoyable day. Memories were made today!

  It was an absolutely amazing experience. The tour guide is so funny, kind, informative, helpful and especially great at taking photoes and videos. I had a great time with other people in the tour, mostly young solo travelers. Totally recommend this day tour if you love adventures, nature and fun activities.

  Troy, our tour guide, was just brilliant. He is so passionate about the area, the plants, animals and geology, so we learnt a lot on the trip while having a great time, we even saw a duck billed platypus swimming in a lake – a real bonus. The weather wasn’t great, lots of rain, but you get wet anyway with all the swimming in lakes and sliding down boulders. We went as a family of 3 generations ages 14 - 70 (me being the oldest) and all ages are catered for as you are able to choose whether you want to swim in the lakes or not. The meal provided was excellent, all diets were catered for and Troy provided drinks, snacks and chocolate at various stopping points. In the rainy season you can get a bit cold as if you’ve got wet through swimming there’s no sunshine to dry you out and warm you up so try and take an extra towel or something that’s dry that you can wrap around you if necessary. Troy created a great atmosphere amongst the group with lots of singing on the bus and him playing some Aboriginal songs. A great day.

  Had a lot of fun and the guide made sure we all had a good time. Saw some cool waterfalls and beautiful landscapes. The only downside for me is that the guide wasn't very informative throughout the day. On other tours in the region I had the experience that the guide would tell a lot about the region all day long. This wasn't the case in this tour. Other than that it was very good!

  Wonderful to know the waterfalls of natural parks that are emblematic, makes it exceptional to be able to enjoy them swimming and playing in the water like enjoying the natural slide of Josephine falls or the jumps in the well of Babinda Boulders. The food and drinks after each adventure come wonderfully. The layout of our guide Rachel, her explanations, stories were super motivating for each new natural scenario.

  Sam aka Will Ferrell was an extraordinary guide while ascending through the mountains the bus popped and lost its turbo. Sam managed to limp the bus to the next stop and then worked feverishly to acquire a new bus to finish our trip. Several hours passed but we made the most of it, Sam flipped the bad luck we were having and acquired another ride, we had to play leap from with another group and their bus. At the last stop we finally received our own bus and the owner treated us to a couple free drinks and snakes. We were several hours pass when the trip was supposed to to end but Sam made it much more enjoyable. Thank you Sam!

  The best tour!! We had set my expectations low as we woke up to heavy rain, and with the forecast showing a steady storm throughout the day. Despite this rain, Brian (Not Uncle Brian) picked us up and whisked us away to some of the most gorgeous sights in Cairns. We were unable to swim at the first two stops due to flooding, but it was a wonderful trip nonetheless. Lunch was wonderful, and the snacks were plentiful. The last two stops were a highlight, as we were able to swim. Overall a lovely day, working within the conditions set by the rainforest

  In spite of the heavy rain, our own Uncle Brian (not THE Uncle Brian) managed to provide us with a great day. We went to all of the sights, but we could only swim at two. Still, it was well worth it. The food provided was good and plentiful. Snacks, coffee/tea and even a hot chocolate after the final swim in an extinct volcano. Tip, if you take this trip and it is raining, take a spare set of clothes and place them in a waterproof bag.

  Felt so lucky to have Sam as our ‘uncle Brian’ for the day. He had great energy, was so friendly and knowledgable of Cairns! Kept us entertained with good tunes, good food, and gave us a full step by step tutorial on how to get the best hair flick at milla milla falls lol! The locations we were taken to were amazing.

  Incredible! Tom was a superb guide, attentive and caring for all the guests, and the tour is very well organised, plenty of swimming in various gorgeous locations in the rainforest, each unique with some fun activity , plenty of information about the natural and cultural importance of the rainforest :) highly recommend without hesitation
