  I wouldn't recommend viator at all. I tried my best to let viator and cc scooters know I have limited mobility and was concerned about getting to our buggy. We walked and walked and were given terrible directions by taxi driver and local constables/police in the area. I finally emailed someone and said I need help but this was after walking over an hour... when we finally got to cc scooters, I was told I had to have insurance and it was an additional $70. At that point we were both exhausted and I was NOT going to pay $269 plus another $70. I need a refund!!!

  Do not book this company. They will rip you off! The reservation states an insurance fee is included but when you show up they charge an additional insurance fee! At least at 75.00 fee. Also the company provides transportation for 22.00 per person get a taxi instead for 7.00 per person. Overall I would not go back and the company and viatar refused to refund the extra insurance fee.

  This was the first Trip Advisor tour where we have not had a good experience . The place was impossible to find and we walked all the way there only to find out we had to register at the cruise port where we had just come from. When we finally got our side by side vehicle we weren't given a map or guide. We took off and ended up in a questionable area of Nassau. We finally managed to get to a better part of town and we're able to see the ocean. We paid for four hours but gave it back after an hour and a half. It was hard to drive and even harder to turn. I'd like a refund for at least two hours of the trip. I do not recommend C & C scooters.

  Be sure to plan where you’d like to go or ask them for a list of sights to see. They don’t have anything printed but can list out a nice itinerary for you.

  The people I rented from were super cool. It felt more like a family/friends-run establishment than a big corporate place, which I really liked. They weren’t pushy and didn’t try to shove extra services down my throat. The pickup wording was a little misleading, but honestly most of them are like that. Overall, a good experience and I’d rent from them again.

  We had a fantastic experience renting ATV’s through C&C Scooters. Not only were they easy to work with but they provided the best customer service! My son’s phone fell out of his pocket in the ATV unbeknownst to him or us. We were on a cruise and were frantically trying to get it back. Samuel and his team worked tirelessly to try and get it back to us before the ship took off. Unfortunately that didn’t pan out however Samuel went above and beyond to drop the phone off to friends of ours who were staying at a local resort in the Bahamas. He worked with us and was so patient and generous to go out of his way to make sure we received our son’s phone back. I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you to the entire staff!

  We had a wonderful time doing the buggy rental. I had questions prior and their responses were prompt. They picked us up from the cruise terminal and returned us after. They gave us suggestions on where to go. It was a great way to explode the island.

• c and c side x side Nassau sucks

  we got bugged the whole time from locals and didn't feel safe! when we got there we got charged an additional 200 dollars from the side by side service which was c and c! no one told us about the 88 dollars to be taxed from the port to the side by side until after we were there and then after adding insurance and extra fees. when were driving around the island there's no where to go or do Nassau is nasty and you get bombarded by locals to buy stuff and eat places which my kids didn't feel safe the whole time. there was glass on the beaches. and when we got back to c and c the lady said we didn't pay for the taxi service and was gonna make us pay again or make us walk back to port. the address for c and c isn't right and we couldn't find it! we had to put gas back in it but was never told by Victor about all these fees. this was a horrible experience and will never book again Nassau Bahamas was the worst place ever not tropical at all and c and c was by far the worst company all and all we spent 600 dollars for 4 hrs of no fun!!!!

  There was some charges unclear that would be good to know upfront like insurance and transfers to and from the port. To just say additional fees does not give the person a good idea on if they need to find another way to the rental office. They charged $22pp for transfers and it was 5 of us and then an additional $66 for insurance. There were also no maps they provided to get around the island which I thought was kind of odd. Otherwise, we had a good time and good experience.
