  The people I rented from were super cool. It felt more like a family/friends-run establishment than a big corporate place, which I really liked. They weren’t pushy and didn’t try to shove extra services down my throat. The pickup wording was a little misleading, but honestly most of them are like that. Overall, a good experience and I’d rent from them again.

  We had a fantastic experience renting ATV’s through C&C Scooters. Not only were they easy to work with but they provided the best customer service! My son’s phone fell out of his pocket in the ATV unbeknownst to him or us. We were on a cruise and were frantically trying to get it back. Samuel and his team worked tirelessly to try and get it back to us before the ship took off. Unfortunately that didn’t pan out however Samuel went above and beyond to drop the phone off to friends of ours who were staying at a local resort in the Bahamas. He worked with us and was so patient and generous to go out of his way to make sure we received our son’s phone back. I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you to the entire staff!

  We had a wonderful time doing the buggy rental. I had questions prior and their responses were prompt. They picked us up from the cruise terminal and returned us after. They gave us suggestions on where to go. It was a great way to explode the island.

• c and c side x side Nassau sucks

  we got bugged the whole time from locals and didn't feel safe! when we got there we got charged an additional 200 dollars from the side by side service which was c and c! no one told us about the 88 dollars to be taxed from the port to the side by side until after we were there and then after adding insurance and extra fees. when were driving around the island there's no where to go or do Nassau is nasty and you get bombarded by locals to buy stuff and eat places which my kids didn't feel safe the whole time. there was glass on the beaches. and when we got back to c and c the lady said we didn't pay for the taxi service and was gonna make us pay again or make us walk back to port. the address for c and c isn't right and we couldn't find it! we had to put gas back in it but was never told by Victor about all these fees. this was a horrible experience and will never book again Nassau Bahamas was the worst place ever not tropical at all and c and c was by far the worst company all and all we spent 600 dollars for 4 hrs of no fun!!!!

  There was some charges unclear that would be good to know upfront like insurance and transfers to and from the port. To just say additional fees does not give the person a good idea on if they need to find another way to the rental office. They charged $22pp for transfers and it was 5 of us and then an additional $66 for insurance. There were also no maps they provided to get around the island which I thought was kind of odd. Otherwise, we had a good time and good experience.

  Buggy didn't have a windshield. No windshield made it hard to drive in the rain. Rain made it difficult to drive. Won't be in pain without the rain.

  The buggy was great. Customer service excellent. Negative there were additional fees such as insurance, $22 to change the driver from the name on the reservation and $20 per person to get from /return to the cruise terminal. Almost an additional $200. It was fun but it wasn’t as easy as “just follow Bay Street”. We immediately got lost and spent a lot of time trying to get back on track. If you use gps be prepared to go through the less then nice parts of the Bahamas. we still found a beach and had a lot of fun but some things I wish I knew before.

  Unsafe and Hidden fees!! Upon arrival, were were charged an additional fee for each vehicle for insurance that was not disclosed to us prior to arrival ($60 per vehicle), we were charged $20 per person for less than a 2 mile roundtrip transportation fee...in which they shoved 8 of us into one small van ($160), then we were charged $22 for my husband to drive because I was the person who made the reservation and not my husband. So, we had to pay $302 in extra hidden fees!! That wasn't the worst of it all...we were given no maps or directions, no information on places to see and places to avoid! We ended up on a part of the island that a local flagged us down to tell us we needed to get out because we were in danger being on that part of the island! This company should have taken more care into the safety of the people renting from them. The employees were very rude.....Awful experience!

• Great experience. Buggys were really fun to drive. Easy to drive on left side of road. Just remember LEFT!

  buggy was nice and fun to ride around the island. we stayed next to baha mar resort and they provided round trip transportation for an extra $125. plus they automatically add $60 insurance fee. traffic was terrible getting to and from their downtown location and took us 30 mins extra each way just to leave town and get back which cut into our rent time. They offer great service and perfect if you are on the cruise ships. Not the companys fault but if your staying around baha mar or cable beach i would try to find a rental place close to this location due to the traffic issues getting in and out of downtown nassau on the weekends. especially when the cruise ships come into port.

  Lynette was super helpful! We were able to get our buggy at the stated time and they gave us all the pointers to have the greatest experience. We will definitely book again when we come back to Nassau.
