5.00We did the tour with Kathleen and it was fabulous! She is so knowledgeable and keeps it fun and entertaining. Highly recommended. If you can, do this day one, get your bearings, learn some history and also places to go after for eating and or drinking. Do it!

5.00We were very fortunate to have Kathleen as our walking guide for our 2-hour walking tour of Galway city. Kathleen provided us insights into the incredible history and story of Galway city. She blended the city’s history with her own lived experience, having been born and raised in Galway and lived her whole life here. Kathleen expertly navigated us through the busy and bustling streets, alleys, and hotspots, to point us to the historical artefacts and buildings that tell the story of Galway. Kathleen also took time to provide us with key recommendations for great coffee spots, restaurants and pub life. I would highly recommend this tour with Kathleen.

5.00We found ourselves as the only customers with Kathleen yesterday and it was grand. Kathleen is born and raised in the city and was very knowledgeable. Not just about the history, the churches, the universities but also present day . A nice balance to learn about Galway specifically as we are regular visitors to Ireland in general. We covered everything from Eyre Square to the Spanish Arch, and Kathleen’s storytelling made the centuries of history feel incredibly relevant and engaging.
