  What a great combo ticket! All the big attractions at once. Going early in the morning was a great decision as we beat most of the crowds. We had one glitch with our tickets, but the tour team corrected it quickly so we had a wonderful experience.

• Supertrees and garden by the bay without the need to prepurchase tickets.

  Gardens by the bay, flower dome, super trees are absolutely stunning. A must for anyone visiting Singapore. Beware of any advertising that you need to pre purchase tickets. That is absolutely false and misleading and costs you more than simply attending the venues.

  Don’t book through this. We were never sent our tickets and couldn’t get a hold of the agents (it’s been over 24hr and we still haven’t heard from them) so we had to buy tickets while we were there. Other than that, beautiful. Definitely a must do.

• Terrific place to visit and a MUST DO if in SIngapore.

  This is a beautiful experience, with a lot to see and do without needing to go into the domes, should you choose not to. You could comfortably spend pleasant hours walking around the gardens themselves and enjoying the facilities. The domes themselves were not too expensive for an individual, at around 25 pounds per ticket for an all access pass, but this could become more challenging based on the family or group size, and it would be worth seeking offers ahead of a visit. I visited in the day and had to fly out before the evening lights came on. It was very quiet and well worth the effort. I'm advised that it can get busier at different times of the year and when the trees are lit, but my only regret is not having had the opportunity to stay and witness that. I'm sure that from the high walkway in the trees (around 15 Singapore dollars to access) that would have been spectacular.

  The company didn’t initially send us the tickets that we’d pre-booked, even though they claimed they had - we had to contact them on arrival to chase them up and they eventually sent them. We had paid for both the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest, but the Flower Dome was closed for maintenance.

• Great ticket combination to see 2 major attractions

  This tour was amazing and purchased as a combination which made it very convenient to see both attractions. Only feedback I have is for the ticket to be sent as actual pdf instead of link in case of poor or no wifi signal. But overall it’s a great purchase and would recommend!

• Observatory was not included

  Misleading tour – Observatory not included The tour was advertised as including the Supertree Observatory, but the ticket issued didn’t cover it. My QR code was rejected, and I had to buy another ticket, missing the sunset in the process. Customer service refused even a partial refund. Mis-selling and very poor experience.
