1.00Misleading tour – Observatory not included The tour was advertised as including the Supertree Observatory, but the ticket issued didn’t cover it. My QR code was rejected, and I had to buy another ticket, missing the sunset in the process. Customer service refused even a partial refund. Mis-selling and very poor experience.
