5.00A 3 SGD shuttle is available to avoid walking to the Domes, if it rains. Extraordinary visit.

5.00The cloud dome is brilliant. But cloud and floral dome tickets together as it’s cheaper. If you’re taking small children the exhibits are quite scary

5.00The flower dome was simply amazing! The variety and display of flowers was colorful, splendid and enchanting. I can't say enough good things about it. Truly a must see! The cloud dome with the Jurassic Park theme was kinda cool, but not as enjoyable to me as the flower dome was. I'm not big on dinosaurs I guess.

4.00This is just one small part of the Gardens, and very nice. It is a little cheaper to purchase tickets with Viator. Was over pretty quickly but lots more to see in the Gardens

3.00It was very pretty. However, for me, I would skip the cloud forest experience next time. With the dinosaurs I actually found it distracting, it would be great for families with children

1.00When we showed up, our ticket were not valid, I called Viatour, after 15 minutes on hold, the agent hung up on me; later on, Jay (a WhatsApp agent) helped me to get the refund, I had to buy the tickets in the park

1.00I booked this and was not able to use the tickets so I contacted the tour operator via WhatsApp and before the person could ask me what was the problem, they started being rude and telling me I was asking for entrance to flower dome, which I never mentioned, so I noticed they have an itinerary which includes everything even though they are only selling one activity (which I knew I was buying) the person on WhatsApp even made fun of me for not being able to yse the tickets. I wish I could give zero stars. I’ve never had a problem with Viator, but DO NOT BUY from this vendor, most likely is a scam!!! I didn’t get to use the tickets and didnt get a refund!!SCAM!!!
