We did a walking gastronomic tour in Bruges and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The selection of stops was thoughtfully curated, combining authentic local flavors with charming spots around the city. The highlight of the tour was definitely our guide, Mauricio. His knowledge, warmth, and enthusiasm made the whole experience feel special. He didn’t just explain the food, but also shared the history and traditions of Bruges in such an engaging and enjoyable way. You can truly tell he is passionate about what he does, and it comes through in every detail. Thanks to him, we discovered places and flavors we would have never found on our own. Absolutely recommend this experience if you want to explore Bruges from a different and delicious perspective.
