During the experience, we will explain the process of growing coffee and cocoa, its origins and methods of preparation. The coffee is perfectly paired with handmade chocolates, hand painted, additive free and made with cocoa from Changuinola, Bocas del Toro. Each chocolate highlights the notes of Geisha coffee, creating harmony between the delicateness of coffee and the sweetness of chocolate.

Maria, the host was very friendly and personable. The setting was intimate. I learned so much about cacao geisha, coffee and history of both. I ended up purchasing tons of chocolate to bring home. I would highly recommend this very educational and a great experience.

I wanted to try the Geisha coffee, but learned so much more ! Maria was fantastic 👏🏾This tour was intimate very fulfilling. I was educated on the history of the cacao and coffee. I walked away with an understanding the process for both including the uniqueness of Geisha coffee. While I enjoyed the coffee the true star for me , unexpectedly was the chocolate 🍫 the quality and variety are outstanding!!! I walked away with a box and asking if they ship lol. Don’t walk, run to this tour.

The shop was intimate and the owner/staff were super welcoming! This set the tone for us to learn about Cacoa beans- the history, the agriculture, the processing, and the cost! Once we had a thorough understanding, the team prepared Geisha coffee - delicious! To top off the experience, we added in the chocolates for the pairing and tasting. Each chocolate added another note to the coffee and it was perfection! Everything was so good that each of my friends took home their own personal collection. I would definitely return if in Panama again!

It was a very interesting experience learning about the geisha coffee comparing with chocolate. My only complaint is that our tasting started a half an hour late and almost making it late for our next excursion.

I really enjoyed this tasting. The host was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about both Geisha coffee and Panamanian chocolate. The explanations were clear and engaging, and the pairings were delicious. A great experience overall — highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time at this experience. What a great little chocolate and coffee shop. Maria did a wonderful job explaining all about geisha coffee and how to prepare it. We enjoyed the pairings of chocolate with the coffee and experiencing the changing flavors. We also purchased a coffee drink and it was fabulous. We left with lots of yummy chocolate too. We would highly recommend!

Loved learning about coffee produced in Panama and the chocolate pairings as well. Definitely need to check it out and you won’t be disappointed. I would recommend!
