  So it was raining and the traffic was awful. I tried my best communicating if the bus can wait or if we can meet the bus somewheee else but I was ignored and they were not flexible. I guess it might be a cultural thing or what not but 300+ usd is a lot of money to pay to be ignored by the tour operator or for them to not be flexible in considering the circumstances. I’ve been on tours in other countries and I had better flexibility by tour guides in developing countries

  Fantastic tour with tour guide: Gabriel from key tours. He had the best humour and made it an excellent atmosphere for everyone. We visited beautiful Annecy, did a tour of Geneva with a Lake Geneva cruise. Annecy is just beautiful - pearl of the alps- so it’s called. Lovely the old town and beautiful canals. Food markets and clothes stalls were out as well adding to the fun! So much food to sample and view :) Geneva tour was great we took the train around the city to soak up the main site: Jet d’eau, flower clock, united nations building, broken chair, St Paul’s cathedral etc. Then had a cruise on the lake with red wine and treats to warm our bones. Weather was not the best but is did not affect the experience :)

  Tour is nice. Annecy is really beautiful old town with great trees and lake views. Gabriel is excellent guide and narrator.

  The tour description does not indicate that you are actually taking two separate tours and have to wait 45 minutes at the tour office for the next tour.

  Very nice guided walking tour of charming Annecy and Geneva Old Town. We enjoyed the wonderful Trolley ride around Geneva Old Town. Gained insights of the various World headquarters in Geneva.

• Anency Tour

  First, take the extra and do the Lake Geneva cruise and old town tour. Antonio was great. Could not ask for a better guide. Anency was a beutiful place to visit, but as on other tours, time passes too quickly.

  We were upset as our lake tour changed from a small private boat to the general boat for the general public. They said the boat had a “ leak”.

  Don’t go. They left without me. I was on time, walked all around, sent messages. No reply. Meeting place was a bus station with tons of tours. No signage. No attempt to contact me. I had screen shots of my location with time, screen shots of sent messages with time. I was told they would investigate and reply to me in 72 hours. That was 8 days ago. No refund. No communication. Do not use this company!!!! Horrible experience and a waste of time and money!! Beware!
