  When booking we thought we were going to be on a tour of villages outside Geneva and we would see and be told about the countryside along the way but instead it was just an expensive form of transportation to one vineyard. Thank goodness the winemaker was a delight sharing the process for wine making and his love of the wine. We tasted several nice wines while there.

  What a great way to visit Geneva and the surrounding vineyards. Especially when you have a guide like Carlos. Highly recommended!

  Carlos our guide was amazing. Full of information!! Would highly recommend this tour. Got to taste many flavors of wine from white to rose to red.

  We had a very pleasant afternoon with our guide Carlos. He took us to 2 vineyards outside Geneva but also told us things we didn't know about Geneva yet! 😃 The wine tasting was really good.

  My apologies to our guide as I can’t remember his name a few days later but this was a lot of fun. Some great history, wine to go and an excellent wine tasting at the winery

  Great way to spend 3hrs, very personalised trip. Carlos went above & beyond with his tour commentary & was so passionate about his job! Vineyard visit was again very personal & friendly. Tuk tuk was great fun as was the wine!

  The tour was disappointing as we only visited 1 vineyard, and we tasted around 5-6 wines which we were all quite ordinary / cheap bottles. Also the explanation was done by an intern at the vineyard who didn't speak any English (so our tuk tuk driver had to translate). Also she wasn't very knowledgeable, so we relied mostly on the tuk tuk driver's knowledge around wine and the region to get some insights. The drive to the vineyard was around 1h going and 1hr coming back. The ride over was nice and the scenery is beautiful. Also our tuk tuk driver was really nice and told us some interesting stories on the way over. I feel this tour operator offers too many different experiences (fondue, wine, aperitivo, etc) with their tuktuk that they may lose a bit of the specialisation of the wine tours. Also for this price I expect to visit multiple vineyards and taste higher quality wine. Also to stop on the way over to take pictures at the vineyards and to be trained to do this All in all would not recommend...

  We’d planned this trip as we had a friend visiting from Manchester and we all love wine! It was a superb experience from start to finish! Communication was excellent, and Welo arranged everything just as we’d requested. Our driver, Romeo, had a great sense of humour and navigated safely whilst keeping us entertained. The vineyard where we had our wine tasting was also superb - in a perfect location and with an expert to guide us through a great selection of the local wines. On our way back, we were even able to sing along to music we selected ourselves - entertaining the locals into the bargain! 10/10

  I had a fantastic time! We were expertly guided by our friendly tour guide and were shown the beautiful Geneva countryside and the tuktuks are so fun. The wine tasting was superb and the owner of the vineyards taught us the techniques and delicacies of wine. I highly recommend this wonderful experience!
