Ghent
Strolling through Ghent, you will discover St Bavo's Cathedral, the City Hall, the typical Belfry and St Nicholas' Church as well as the medieval harbour where students, tourists and locals gather. We will show you the mighty fortress which was the former residence of the Counts of Flanders.
Bruges
After lunch in Bruges we start with a photo stop on the banks of the romantic Minnewater and visit the picturesque Beguinage. Your guide explains the history of the city from the Viking Age to its downfall at the end of the Middle Ages. You will literally see “all” the highlights of Bruges: the Basilica of the Holy Blood, the Bell Tower, the Church of Our Lady, St. John's Hospital, etc. You even have the opportunity to take a pleasant boat trip on the city's narrow canals.

3.00Good way to get to see both Ghent and Bruges. I did not care for the tour portion though. Guide used a microphone while everyone followed behind with headsets which made it very impersonal. Other tours I take have interaction and questions and this had none of that. Guide was also very monotone which was like listening to a lecture in college. Tour is in English and French so you have to wait for the language you don’t speak. I asked to go off on my own in the second stop and he let me do that. Much better and I just googled the places to see and went on a really cool brewery tour instead.

5.00This is a very detailed tour, leisurely cramming in all the iconic landmarks, extra history facts, fun and making it an interesting tour. All started with the very patient driver Farooq picking us up and Stefan our guide picking up the rest of the trip. He clearly knew every fact about the history and sights. We loved every minute, definitely recommend it if like us you only had the day to explore Brugges & Ghent. 10/10 ! Thank you

2.00All my experiences with the operators who work with Viator have been excellent. Unfortunately, due to an accident on the way to the meeting place, we could not make it in time for this full-day tour to Bruges and Ghent and lost the money and the opportunity to visit these two cities. I regret that the operator (Al Tahadi Dubai) was not even interested in finding out what happened to us and not even a courtesy call. We lost $190.80 for this tour, and although I understand that it was not their fault, the fact that they were not even interested in knowing what happened to two of their travelers left a bit of a bitter taste. In the end, customer service and care should always be the priority of any business.

5.00A lot of great information about Brussels, Ghent and Bruges was provided by our guide Bruno. The bus was clean and Daniel the driver was excellent. Each stop was approximately a 45 minute drive so very doable in a day. A lot of walking of course and plenty of time at each stop for independent exploring. Bruno was very knowledgeable and provided a very thorough presentation. The cities are absolutely beautiful and I highly recommend this trip.
