When your cruise ship docks in Belfast, enjoy this express shore excursion to the Giants Causeway. The shore Excursion will pick you up from the port of Belfast (saving you and transport into Belfast city centre around $15 saving)
The Causeway Express tour will start with some time in Belfast City centre and then a Murals Tour of the famous conflict areas of Belfast, Then the bus will leave the city for the Dark Hedges (Game of Thrones location), Bushmills whiskey distillery and The Giants Causeway.
Please note some stops are time dependent, so the bus driver will give you a set time to return to the bus. This is to ensure everything runs smoothly and everyone gets the same amount of time at each destination.
Customers will then be dropped back to the ship after the tour with plenty of time to spare. Please only book this tour if you are arriving Belfast on a cruise ship this tour will only run if there is a cruise ship docked in Belfast.

4.00The Causeway is a definite bucket list must do. I was disappointed that we did not get our of the bus for the Murals. We were on the wrong side of the bus to take any photos. Our guide was super funny and gave us alot if history but was not great at giving directions once we got to a location. The tour was terrific. What we saw was amazing but there were some things that could be improved. Very easy to get to the tour from the ship

5.00Extremely long walk. Great tour guide. Provided a lot of history and culture regarding past and present. We are not Game of Thrones fans so the hedges were meaningless to us. The walk through Bushmills was very good and the causeway was beautiful.

5.00What a great way to get to see Belfast and the Giants Causeway. Our driver Ben was very knowledgeable and so funny. He made the day fly by so quickly. We did think it was a 6 hour tour but it was about an 8 hour tour. That wasn’t a problem as he made sure we were back to the boat in plenty of time.

5.00Shoutout to Jim and Lisa for making this trip so much fun! The Causeway was absolutely beautiful and it definitely lives up to its reputation being a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

1.00Up early off the cruise ship there waiting at 830am as agreed and a No show called the tour office to be told tour cancelled. Absolutely spoilt what was supposed to be a great day out. Can't recommend and would not use again!

4.00Overall the tour was great, but they were very late getting to the cruise pier to pick us up and there was no communication. Thankfully a couple of folks on the tour called in and kept us updated. The tour was great though, navigated the Murals, saw Dunluce Castle ruins, visited Giant's Causeway (and advised correctly that you don't need to go to the Trust facility), and the Dark Hedges. They got us back to the ship by all-aboard time, which is what counts!

Wrong meeting point advertised on meeting point

3.00Well, the trip advertised was totally wrong. Pick up was by Sixt Cruise Port which was nearly 4 miles away from Our hotel. It didn’t sound right when it asked for cruise name etc. I contacted Allen’s who then co reacted me to say the same thing name of boat but we did t book on a boat and that our meet was by the port. Anyway we was told then by a lovely lady to meet by City hall at 930 on the morning and that it was explained to ignore the rest more or less. I think Viator should word their trip tbh it’s totally incorrect and if it wasn’t for Allen’s ringing me I would be waiting at Sixt Port 4 miles away. It’s disgusting when the wrong information on meet and greet is totally wrong. The trip itself was ok, but bumping on the bus, toilet not in use and no heating though the driver was lovely. Please can the trip be worded properly for other travellers so they receive the correct meeting point

5.00Took this tour from our cruise ship. Pick-up was seamless, off the ship and went to the clearly marked private tours area. This tour is from 8.30 to 16.30. Our driver Kevin was so friendly, funny and knowledgeable. Drove to City Hall in Belfast for a 30 minute look around then onto the murals and the surrounding area. Kevin was very good at telling the history of the this is a non partisan way. In fact, throughout the tour he kept our interest by giving a commentary of all the places we drove past and visited. Highly recommend Allens Tour, we booked direct with them and it was great value for money.
