  Our day exploring Belfast was truly unforgettable and it was entirely thanks to our incredible local guide. From the very beginning, it was clear we weren’t getting a typical “tourist script.” As a true local, our guide gave us an insider’s perspective that you simply can’t get on your own. He knew exactly where to go, when to go, and—just as importantly where to park, which saved us a huge amount of time and stress throughout the day. We were taken to all the must-see sights, but what made the experience special was how seamlessly those stops were woven together with hidden gems and local favorites. It never felt rushed or overly structured just a natural, well-paced journey through the city. One of the most impactful parts of the tour was the deep, thoughtful insight into the history of the Troubles. Our guide shared personal context, stories, and perspectives that brought the murals, neighborhoods, and landmarks to life in a way that was both informative and incredibly moving. It gave us a much richer understanding of Belfast beyond what you’d read in a book. By the end of the day, we didn’t just feel like we had seen Belfast we felt like we truly understood it.   I booked this tour with Paul Moyna as a birthday treat for my friend, and it turned out to be the perfect way to celebrate. From the very start, Paul made the day relaxed, fun, and really enjoyable. He is incredibly knowledgeable and shared so many interesting stories and local insights along the way, all delivered with great humour. We learned so much about Northern Ireland while also having plenty of laughs. One of the highlights was Paul’s recommendation for fish and chips — it was absolutely delicious and just added to the whole experience. It’s little touches like this that show how much he cares about making the day special. Nothing felt rushed, and Paul made sure we had time to take everything in, enjoy the scenery, and make the most of each stop. The views were stunning, and he knew exactly where to go for the best photo spots. What really stood out was how personal the tour felt. It didn’t feel like a typical tourist trip — it felt like being shown around by a local friend who genuinely wants you to have the best day possible.   Our day with Paul Moana was wonderful! He was the best tour guide I’ve ever had…fun, knowledgeable, energetic. We saw so many things in one day and Paul’s enthusiasm made it such a fun time! We toured the Giant’s Causeway, Bushmill’s distillery, pubs, and a big part of Belfast. I highly recommend Paul.

  Paul was our favorite tour guide on our Ireland trip. He made sure to show is all the highlights but also throw in some personal favorites too. His one aim was for us to have a great day in and around Belfast and he delivered that in spades. Book him early before you lose out.

  Our tour with Paul was truly the highlight of our vacation. Of all of the day tours we have taken, this one ranks at the top. Paul greeted us with such genuine enthusiasm, which immediately set the tone for the day. We learned so much about the history of Northern Ireland. Paul ensured that every minute of our day was spent produtively and was responsive to our interests and questions. I can't speak highly enugh of our experience with Paul and would recommend his tour services to anyone.

  paul was excellent. Great tour guide!! He knew the history and the places to see. He got to know us in a few minutes and we were off! Great sense of humor also. Couldnt have asked for any better!! My only complaint is that I wish had more time!

  What a fantastic guy….Finding myself in Belfast with an afternoon to spare, I decided to book a spur of the moment tour with Paul having read many positive reviews and I am so glad I did. As a female travelling solo, I have to say from the moment I met Paul I felt very much at ease and my afternoon turned out to be far better than I had anticipated. Paul collected me at Crumlin Road Gaol and immediately set about showing me all Belfast had to offer. He is an extremely knowledgeable person with a wealth of information to share, Belfast`s very own living encyclopedia !! Paul brought me on a journey back in time with an excellent yet balanced account of all that went on during the times of the troubles, showing me various places, memorials, churches along with the history behind each one. Hearing the fact coupled with the visual made for a very informative yet poignant journey at times, especially when hearing Paul`s own personal connection and experiences throughout those troubled times. In addition, Paul showed me a lot of Belfast and how it has evolved today which made for a perfect mix of the old and the new. Belfast is a beautiful city with a very friendly and positive vibe, there is so much to see and do. Paul has a great humor about him and he went out of his way to make sure I enjoyed my day. He is an all-round sound guy, his passion for Belfast was infectious. We had great laughs, good ole craic and I have to say I was sad when the day ended and I had to hit the road south again. However, I left knowing Belfast has so much more to give than an afternoon can fill and I have promised myself that the road north will see me again pretty soon. To use one of Paul`s favorite words of the day….it was magic !!

  Paul was super knowledgeable and personable. He has lived in Belfast his whole life and has real experiences to share. We had a great introduction to the city by spending a couple of hours on his tour.
