From start to finish this tour exceeded our expectations. From the taxi ride from our rental home to the border. To the instructions on how to cross the border into Gibraltar. To the exceptional tour by our expert guide Tom-the experience was well worth the money! We learned so much about the history of Gibraltar, current day life in Gibraltar and he made some excellent recommendations for the rest of our time there. Don’t hesitate to take this tour-you won’t be disappointed!

From beginning to end this is a well oiled tour. We were picked up on time from our hotel. Driven and dropped off at the Gibraltar boarder. Picked up by the tour guide and learned so much from our tour guide Tom - a native of Gibraltar.

It was a good experience. Loved the caves and the views from the top. The monkeys were fun to watch. I would recommend this tour if you need something to do but would not go out of the way to do it.

Visited the Rock of Gibraltar in late March with another couple. To start our driver Juan was on time, professional and friendly. He transported us to the Spanish border safely where we met our English tour guide Tom. Tom’s knowledge of the region was beyond phenomenal, we learnt so much. Even the monkeys on the Rock “knew” him 😊. We had a wonderful lunch on our own in the square and then transferred through the border back to Spain. Weather was a little cooler than expected so definitely take a light jacket with you. A great tour enjoyed by all.

Our guide Thomas was amazing. We learned so much about the history of Gibraltar and also about him and his family that have lived there for generations. I would truly recommend him.

This tour was a great way to experience Gibraltar's history, and Tom was a fantastic guide. Pick up went smoothly, and the tour started straight away as Tom capably drove us to and up the Rock. The views on the drive up between points of interest where we got out of the vehicle were themselves worth the tour. The caves we visited were beautiful or historic. Our party was mainly interested in military history, and Tom tailored our time to that interest. He added to a stop at the World War II tunnels, an exhibition that is being expanded to include more artifacts and museum pieces. Because we did so, we had less time to stroll the area around the city, but we were willing to make that trade. Be sure to hit Roy's for fish and chips before being transported to the border crossing for your return to Spain.

Tom was a great guide. We learned a lot about Gibraltar, its history and culture. The caves were fascinating and the monkeys were a treat.
