Experience and Guide - 10/10 Booking through Viator - 0/10 We almost missed our tour because the incorrect time was listed on the tickets and booking details. Updates should be through email for communications, NOT the app given most who book travel with different data packages and may not be able to access the app. We had already printed our tickets and had a confirmed time. Our guide informed us another group prior to ours missed their tour too because the time was incorrect. Viator had provided a confirmed ticket with confirmed time and if the time is changed, the ticket and booking details need to be updated. I requested a full refund because they should not be contacting people through the app or at least refund us for our breakfast that we could not eat because our guide called saying they were leaving. Luckily, we chose a spot close to the pick up location, but still had to leave a full cup of coffee, mango smoothie and half sandwich to run to the bus. Can you imagine if we decided to stop somewhere on the other side of town?! Viator ended up declining the refund request, both full and partial. If you want to book a Ronda/Setenil tour, go through another agency NOT VIATOR!

The tour host and the driver were amazing under pressure considering we were in Ronda during the national emergency of the apagón. I'm very grateful for Tania and Alfonso for their professionalism during what could have been a bad situation.

You must do this tour ! The scenery driving to both towns is beautiful and when you get to the towns it is breathtaking! I chose the option without the guided tour as I like to have a beat to my own drum. The guide Luis was great he gives you a map and all you have to do is choose what you want to visit put it in Google maps and off you go.
