Pyramids of Giza

Our guide will pick you up from your hotel in Cairo or Giza to begin your tour with a visit to the Giza Plateau. During the visit, the guide will share detailed information and fascinating stories about the three iconic pyramids: Cheops, Kephren, and Mykerinus. Please note that guides are not permitted to escort visitors inside the pyramids; however, you will have the option to enter one of the pyramids at an additional cost. You may also enjoy a camel ride around the plateau for an extra fee. Our guide will pick you up from your hotel in Cairo or Giza to begin your tour with a visit to the Giza Plateau. Then you will continue to Saqqara, where you will see Egypt’s oldest pyramid, built in 2650 B.C. Your guide will explain the fascinating history of the renowned Step Pyramid of Djoser. After the explanation, you will have free time to walk around and explore the site at your own pace.

Medo was a fantastic guide, and our day was flawless. We can't recommend him and this tour enough! He was informative and flexible to suit the tour to our needs, and gave us a lot of great information about ancient and modern Egypt!

4.5 Stars Our guide mahmoud was very informative and explained very well! The tour was a good length, pick up at 8:30 drop off at 15:30 - and he was very flexible in accommodating our wishes :) Half star off because he was on the phone a lot the last few hours

Amazing tour! Our guide Medo was not only very knowledgeable, but also funny and took lots of pictures for us. They were also flexible, since we had to be at the airport in the afternoon. Medo managed time well so we were able to see all the main sites, have lunch, visit a papyrus institute and an essence shop. It was also cheaper than all the others available both on Tripadvisor and on the hotel. Highly recommend!

If you want to see the famous Memphis, Saqqara, Pyramids, and Sphinx without worrying about anything, you will definitely need a guide. From our experience, I will highly recommend Medo. He, together with the driver, picked us up from the hotel, and we went for the amazing trip. We started from Memphis, moving to Saqqara, and finishing the trip at the Pyramides and the Sphinx. During all the trip, Medo was talking about the history of the sights, as well as telling interesting stories and answering loads of questions about the history and everyday life of Egypt. Besides the main sights, you may also visit the aroma-therapy shop, papyrus shop, and the bazaar. In the papyrus shop, they show how they actually make the papyrus, which is exciting. Of course, you may buy the stuff everywhere, if you want :) Thanks, Medo!

We were on a trip with Medo tour guide. He's really the best English-speaking tour guide in Egypt. He's into the history of his country and always ready to answer any question. He showed us amazing places))) He's also a creative photographer, he took a lot of photos and showed the Best views. Thank you, Mido, for an unforgettable day in Cairo. Highly reccommended!

I got the travel with and learn from Mahmoud today. This is when the gyide experience really comes in handy for the committed traveler: not only expert in the historical field but insightful to more current conditions. Highly recommended. We started in Memphis and finished at Giza at the Sphinx. In there was lunch and coffee and a lot of talking in the car between locations. Seven hours. A very good day for anyone who wants to see some key ancient Egyptian sights and learn a grest deal about that history.

Tour started promptly at 8.30 and was greated by our lovely tour guide Emy and her driver. Emy made the day incredibly enjoyable, her knowledge and photography skills meant we have life long memories. The day was flexible and she helped me to find a perfect piece of art work for our home! Would strongly recommend for tours in Cairo, we have had the best day.
