Skip the tourist trains and travel the legendary route like the Swiss, with sightseeing in mountain villages along the way. This tour rides the exact route of the iconic Glacier Express, and includes scenic travel along glaciers, the breathtaking Rhine Gorge, and the Oberalp Pass.
Enjoy Swiss comfort on historic trains with your expert local guide by your side. You can enjoy a relaxed lunch (optional) and sightseeing in the charming mountain village of Disentis, before our train leads us 2000m (6560ft.) up among the glaciers over the Oberalp Pass, where we continue to the alpine ski village of Andermatt and return to Zurich.

1.00we got confused and did not go on the actual Glacier express which was are mistake. If we had know about the train system we could have planned this trip by are self's and saved a bunch of money. I wanted souvenirs from the Gracier train and did not get them. My sure you do your research before yo sign up for a trip.

5.00Our friends told us to avoid the actual Glacier express because it's a tourist train and I'm glad we did! It uses the same tracks as we did and we got to get off the train and explore a mountain village for a few hours, which was great for stretching the legs and learning about history.

1.00I booked a Switzerland tour with Hello Switzerland Tours and was very disappointed. The guide was unprofessional and unhelpful, the meals provided were low quality, and the overall price didn’t match the experience. I expected much better organization and value. I would not recommend this company.

5.00We had a small group from work and wanted to see more than just Zurich. Laura took us through a day that combined the comfort of first class train travel with some of the most beautiful mountain scenery in the country. We could work a little, relax a lot, and never felt rushed. Laura shared stories about Swiss traditions and the history of the railways, which made the day even more engaging.

5.00We were four friends visiting Switzerland for the first time and wanted to make the most of our time. This tour gave us incredible views of the Alps, the best train seats, and a delicious lunch with a view that we’ll be talking about for years. Laura managed the day so well, making sure we had enough time to enjoy each stop without ever feeling rushed. Her enthusiasm for Switzerland’s culture and landscapes was contagious. We could not have asked for a better way to spend the day.

5.00We wanted a tour that would be suitable for grandparents, parents, and kids and this tour was perfect. The train ride offered plenty of space and Laura kept everyone entertained with stories about the towns and landscapes we passed. We felt like we were experiencing Switzerland as locals do, not as part of a tourist crowd. Every generation in our group enjoyed the day and we left with wonderful memories and enviable photos.

5.00We highly recommend this tour . The views were incredible. To see mountains like this in the comfort of a train is very relaxing . It’s the best way to see the landscape. My son who is 11 loved the train and views . Our tour guide Laura was so cool and informative that it took the stress out of everything. We would do this trip again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Switzerland who hasn’t seen the mountains . Also you stop in towns to see local businesses and church’s , schools , etc … really cool . I haven’t stopped talking about it for a day ! The views are unforgettable.
