It was a very good experience of the Alps in a train. Our guide Mary was very good and was very professional. She took care of all our needs. The trip was a little long, and because of the time if the year, the views were not the most spectacular compared to colder weather. Price is high.

Excellent tour! A beautiful day from start to finish and our tour guide took wonderful care of us. Very informative and we really got to see endless spectacular scenery and so many lovely villages. There was just enough time off the train to add variety and get extra snacks or lunch. Dinner on the Glacier Express was very enjoyable and felt very luxurious as we rode through the highest mountain passes.
Great Tour, highly recommend! Tour Guide Carlos was the best!

Today was an unbelievable experience. Our tour guide Carlos was the kindest person we could have hoped to guide us through the day. He shared a lot of great information during the tour and also answered a lot of our questions. Very happy we got someone like him for our guide today!
Good trip. Doesn’t meet outstanding characteristics; except for the scenery.

Too long in Chur. That needs to be cut to 1 hour so that there is more time for Lucerne at the end of the trip. By the time we got to Lucerne , there was only one half hour to explore so people on the trip opted to “ skip” that portion because it was late in the day and there wasn’t enough time to fully appreciate Lucerne. Our tour guide was good, and very gracious and accommodating, but needs more experience and knowledge. The trip with its views has the potential to be outstanding when properly put together.

We were in a small sightseeing group for the Glacier Express. Our tour guides were Mary and Erika. My husband is slightly disabled and struggles with walking. These 2 young & delightful women were so friendly, kind, thoughtful & considerate as we walked through Lucerne and then the travel with the train. With their assistance it was an amazing experience for us.

Lincoln was a fantastic guide, engaging, informative and genuinely caring. He really became part of the experience. We also lucked out with a small group of just six people, which made the day feel even more personal and special. The journey on the Express was incredible and absolutely lived up to expectations. Just be prepared for several additional train connections throughout the day alongside the main scenic ride. Lucerne was a beautiful added bonus to an already unforgettable day. One suggestion for improvement: perhaps organising a minivan or car transfer back to Zurich after Lucerne could make the finish a little smoother. It’s a long day, and the final train journey takes a tiny bit of the shine off an otherwise amazing experience. Overall, if you’re short on time and want to experience some of the very best of Switzerland, this tour is absolutely worth doing.

Our guide on our tour, Rocky, was fabulous. However, the tour started 30 minutes after the scheduled time, we were put on a train by one guide, and told that our guide would meet us at the platform at the next station. There was no sign given to the tour guide to identify himself. He was not provided with any equipment to be able to communicate with us during our tour, and it was difficult to get a hold of the tour company initially. Thank goodness for Rocky. Once we made connection with him, he turned the day around and made our day wonderful. I would not recommend using this company again who ran this tour, but I would hire Rocky any day of the week.
