5.00We were disappointed with the long walk to the tram stop at the start of our tour. However, Cheng did a great job escorting us on the tour. He was especially helpful managing my walker on the trains.

5.00Roksan was our guide, and he guided us thru multiple train changes with 2 sightseeing stops. The Glacier Express was a great experience with food available to order. The train stopped in the Alps, allowing time to get out and take pictures. It is a long day, we got snacks before we got on the first train. Others have commented that you could do this trip on your own, for us, being with a guide who bought the tickets, knew what platform to go to, what side to sit on for best view was worth the expense.

2.00Guide was not a Local. His Asian accent was very difficult to understand, not only by me but the others in the group all agreed. We spent about 2 hours on the Glacier Express train, the rest of the 10 hour tour was mostly changing trains, 6 exchanges. Definitely not worth over $1,100 dollars for 2 people. They also changed our meeting time and location thru email about 1 hour prior to set time. We have used Viator several times in past, and had great guides, etc.

5.00We had a guided tour from Zurich to ride the Glacier Express from Chur to Andermatt. We had amazing views of the Swiss Alps. We then journeyed by train to Lucerne where we toured the old town and had wine by the lake. We had a wonderful day and our guide was very helpful and informative.
Great day on Glacier Express and Andermott.

5.00Pleasant day, beautiful views. Victor was a wonderful guide. Trip went like clockwork because of his great planning. We went on 6 trains and every one was on time. I could never have planned it so well. Food really good on the Glacier express. Sit on the left side leaving Zürich facing the direction you are traveling . You can really see from everwhere and apparently you need a reservation. Only down side, it was raining in Lucerne.
