5.00Absolutely fabulous Mary did a fabulous job of explaining everything we were doing. When we got to the top, she showed us the pictures of all the cars that were involved in the show as well as the race track absolutely fabulous.

5.00We travelled from Zurich HB mainline station with our guide Lorenzo who met us as under the big clock just at the right time. We travelled by train to St Moritz following the picturesque and scenic Glazier Express route. Lorenzo was a very knowledgeable guide pointing out all of the key landmarks annd buildings along the way and the best photo opportunities. Even when we experienced a little change in the planned return journey he promptly found an alternative route even allowing enough time to grab a drink and snack for the journey home.

5.00Such a great day out, the train ride had amazing views accompanied by many great facts from Lorenzo who was also able to answer all of our questions. St. Moritz was gorgeous with beautiful views of the mountains and the lake. Our guided tour was also great, complete with shopping and food recommendations

5.00I had a great time in this trip with the very friendly and knowledgeable tour guide Lorenzo who was able to answer our questions. The highlight had to be seeing the frozen/snow covered lake in St Moritz whilst enjoying the views on the way there.

4.00Our experience and guide Lorenzo were amazing! We appreciated how much knowledge Lorenzo has about the Glacier Express route and St. Moritz. However, Viator’s marketing of this trip is misleading. While we took the same route as the Glacier Express, we did not take the actual Glacier Express train (even though the pictures for this trip show the Glacier Express train). It is another train on the same route. Also, Viator listed our trip at 10:15, but we found out 12 hours before that we needed to leave at 9:00. This has occurred multiple times through Viator, so please be careful and flexible.

1.00First you cancel our tour that was confirmed before we arrived to Zurich ( under my wife name) later on we do another reservation( under my name) for our last day at Zurich ( Feb 7 2026) and as per our bad experience with the other reservation, my wife begins to send message at the App because we were at the meeting point since 9:20.... 9:30 and as the time pass NO ONE CAME IN asking for our names, NObody with any ID we could identify, we asked several people around, some time looks like guides and we try to call and call does not go thru NO ONE came in and again with situation with the internet connection when we finally connect with someone told us the they were there ( TOTALLY FALSE) and they leaves since 28 min ago ????? It was a very disappointing situation and how you guys work with customers it's not a good one. We are waiting for our refund? Trying not to loose our last day on vacation we had to book an excursion to the city. We sent proof of our communication thrue the app , photos of my wife at the meeting point. I will never had so BAD experience and I will never use or recomemd you again to anybody.
