Climb out from Milford and up past Harrison's Cove, see the Pembroke Glacier, alpine lakes and sheer cliffs dwarf the surrounding rivers before approaching the Tutoko Glacier for a snow landing. Take a few minutes to capture photo's on the snow before boarding the helicopter again to fly past the glaciated tops of Mt Tutoko, the highest peak in Fiordland national park at 2723m. Track via the lower Tutoko valley and return to Milford airport.

1.00We contacted the company the day before our tour to confirm weather conditions (it was a perfect day for it). We were already half way between Te Aneu and Milford Sound. The company said they didn't have minimum numbers and offered to either cancel the flight for a refund, or we could pay another $2,000 ontop of what we already paid for them to take us. We took the refund, and the woman we spoke to said we would receive a full refund. She said the only money we wouldn't get back was any possible credit card fees. I only received half of the money back. They clearly knew they didn't have their "minimum numbers" the entire time, but did not contact us in advance or try to be helpful in any way. Just "oh sorry you drove 4 hours into the middle of nowhere for nothing."

5.00The staff were great at accommodating a solo traveller with others and Chris the pilot was fab at taking photos for us. Views and feeling of being on a glacier are incredible and definitely worth it

3.00We were driving from Te Anau to Milford specially to fly on top of the Glazer. Because of the weather, we couldn’t land on the Glazier, but I expected to get some kind of compensation, which I didn’t. That was quite disappointing.
