Super Duper. Jessi was very kind. Unluckily we got slow down with slower people. One recommendation: maybe split in Fitness Groups (fit, moderate, slow), which can customers select before buying the ticket.

She was incredibly professional, making sure we felt safe and confident while climbing the glacier, and she kept the whole tour lighthearted and fun. I had forgotten to book proper boots, but Jessi kindly provided me with an extra pair she had brought along, which made a huge difference. Thanks to her thoughtfulness, I was able to enjoy the hike without any issues. A truly professional and caring guide — highly recommended!
