Flying above the Jurassic Coastline in a motorglider is a truly unique experience. Our aircraft it is both very quiet and comfortable and offers unrivalled visibility making it perfect for taking aerial photographs of all the attractions along the beautiful South Coast
Motorgliders by there nature are extremely safe aircraft to fly in as with their long wings they can glide very efficiently without the engine running.
Your 1 hour trip will give you ample opportunity to see the cliffs and beaches along the coast as well as the chance to handle the controls and fly the motorglider if you wish.
As your pilot is a fully qualified flying Instructor you will be able to receive some tuition on handling the controls of the aircraft and possibly flying us back to the airfield yourself.

5.00What a brilliant experience. I'm really pleased I went with a motor glider experience and not a light aircraft because of the bubble cockpit. The views were spectacular as we flew between the rain showers and over the Jurassic coast. Ian was brilliant, explaining everything and letting me fly on the way back. Wonderful and highly recommended

5.00Exhilarating, amazing fun and extremely memorable... what a fantastic experience at a budget price... great communication with operator. Cannot express highly enough the professionalism of the operator, and being given the opportunity of a mini flying lesson is an added bonus to an awe inspiring experience.... life is about making memories, this will be high in most people's top ten.... book it....

5.00An enjoyable hour in the air with Ian the pilot. We flew from Dunkeswell to the coast at Lyme Regis and then staying just out to sea along the Jurassic coast to Exmouth. Excellent views of all of the places and the cliffs along the way. We then flew North over the River Exe, over Exeter airport with air traffic control permission and back to Dunkeswell. I got to take the controls for about half of the journey with Ian obviously doing the complicated bits like take-off and landing.Average height was maybe 1500 feet and we had breezy but clear weather with quite a high cloud-base. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable experience and good value too. Recommended.

5.00I treated the wife to a flight in the Motor Glider as a 60th birthday treat for her and also arranged for myself to have a flight straight after the wife had landed. What an experience it was. Ian explained what all the controls and dials were as he done his pre-flight checks. During the flight he allowed me to take control of the plane and experience the joy of piloting it. Amazed by how quiet it was and how little you had to move the joystick for the plane to respond. The views were amazing and Ian gave commentary as we went along to the North Devon coast. I can’t thank Ian enough for making the flight so enjoyable. I would recommend this experience to anyone who was thinking of having a flight. Once again Ian many thanks. It was an unbelievable experience, I was smiling all the back home.

5.00My flight in Ian,s powered glider was my 73rd birthday present from my wife and something I had always wanted to do so on the day of my flight 20/07/2020 I was very excited and after meeting Ian who is the most experienced and friendly person we went through the pre flight checks and taxied out onto the runway. During the 1 hour flight Ian pointed out places of interest to me and also gave me a go on the controls which as I had never done so before I found it quite hard work to keep the plane on track but with encouragement from Ian I managed to do it. Ian is a very well qualified and accomplished pilot who made me feel very safe in his capable hands and pointed out the places of interest all along the durrasic coastline as we flew along. All in all the best hour trip I could ever imagine and would certainly do it over again. To my wife for giving me such a wonderful gift and Ian who was very patient and knowledgeable pilot I thank you both as you made a not so old man very happy. Thanks John
