  Premium price but not a premium experience. Traveled to Gibraltar with my wife and two friends on a cruise. Tour was not waiting for us as promised. Had to call. Pretty sure they forgot about us. Tour guide finally showed up. It was obvious that the company had just notified him. My last name was scribbled on a paper and held up by him (other tours had it pre-printed). Once in his van, he proceeded to ask whether we had the standard tour or some other tour. I had no idea what the standard tour was compared to others, so I told him I did not know. Guide only gave information about history and culture of Gibraltar when asked and seemed annoyed and did not elaborate. Since I enjoy researching before trips, I became the defacto tour guide for our group. We basically got the same tour we could have gotten for a fraction of the price if we'd just jumped in one of the many tour vans on offer at the port. We have done many tours throughout the U.S. and the world through Viator, and this one ranks as the worst.

  We only had a few hours in Gibraltar on our cruise and this was the perfect overview tour of the Rock and all of its features/attractions. Our driver Charlie was waiting for us the moment we got off the ship and gave us a great, perfectly timed 2.5 hour tour with plenty of knowledge and history!

  Where to begin!! Driver didn’t show up. After contacting Go Tour, we were told driver is at gate. Not true. Then was told stuck in traffic. Then after 7 phone calls and over an hour waiting, driver had a medical emergency. Please do yourself a favor and choose another tour.

  We had a great day in Gibraltar. Our Go Tours guide really made the day fun and interesting for the children. St Michael's Cave was spectacular and of course seeing the monkeys was a highlight. The tour was fun and informative, we truly had a great insight to the real Gibraltar and its history. The tour let us see how beautiful Gibraltar is and the stunning views across to Africa and Spain are worth seeing. We will definitely be back.
